For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.

AC unit will wake you up every time it starts

The place was clean easy to get into and convenient to many beaches. We had issues with lack of supplies (no toilet paper) and no blanket for pullout and wrong size sheets, no instructions about obtaining shuttle passes. We called to address our issues and we never received the items requested. Talking with other patrons, they had similar experiences.

Regarding the QR code, while the resort had already registered you for a temporary pass, which caused the registration to be blocked, this temporary pass should not have caused any issues. We have contacted the resort to ensure this error does not happen in the future.
Additionally, details such as the floor and unit number are included in the listing description and the guidebook provided prior to your arrival. Our team is always available to address any questions or concerns.
We understand your disappointment regarding certain items, such as coffee or filters, which we no longer provide due to health and safety measures introduced during the pandemic. We apologize for missing the broken dresser during our inspection; it will be replaced promptly.
Regarding the lack of hangers, oven mitts, and kitchen utensils, we regret that these concerns were not brought to our attention during your stay, as we would have been happy to address them immediately. Nonetheless, we appreciate you bringing them to our attention, as it helps us improve.

The condo was in good shape and worked very well for what we needed. The unit comes with a golf cart but unfortunately, it seems that Benchmark told another group staying in one of their properties that our golf cart was theirs. We were unable to use the golf cart we paid for at multiple points throughout the trip and after spending a few weeks trying to get in contact with someone at Benchmark to discuss the issue they still haven't called me back. Overall, I am extremely disappointed with the property management company.

I’ll start by stating that we have stayed at the grand and other various places around the wharf 1-2 times per year for the last 4-5 years. We love the area, our kids (6 & 8) have a blast. This is our first visit for Thanksgiving and the first time that have had the ice skating (kids favorite) while we were there. Upon arrival, we realized that we had never received the QR code necessary to access the parking garage. I called benchmark management immediately to request the code, the 2 ladies I spoke with were both doing their best to assist but were both unaware of the parking and access to the Grand. We ended up having to park our car in one of the overflow lots about 5 mins away from the main entrance. I was told they would have someone contact me the next day to provide the code. Never received a call. We happened to take the golf cart out the next morning and decided to take a picture of the QR code to scan it with the vehicle for the rest of the trip. The unit itself appears to have been recently painted and had new appliances installed. The unit was not as clean as we would have hoped. The caulking and painted that appeared to have been done recently was done so very poorly. The sprayer attached to the kitchen faucet was leaking and water was pooling under the sink in the cabinet, ended up letting it hang in the sink to prevent the leaking and cleaning up the standing water. The bedroom door makes a really loud popping noise, (just needs to be oiled).
