We had a great stay, we had our own private beach, pier and pool. The condo was nice & clean, parking was convient easy load/unload. the condo was clean, kitchen was nice. It would have been nice if the pullout couch worked. Needed a place to put luggage.
Nice beachfront condo, exactly as described in the photos. The bedroom was a bit small but not too bothersome since it was just two people. Condo is in a nice area with lots of food options within walking distance. I would stay again if ever in the area.

The place looked like the pictures but was much smaller! The twin beds are not full sized twins. They are more like cots. It was an old building and smelled like mildew. There was a dehumidifier inside the condo, and the condo and everything inside it seemed damp. We left early - could not sleep there another night. I do not recommend staying here!
Great location. Very clean but tight quarters. Needs silverware.

If you're booking a beach property with a pool, the single most important thing is actually being able to access the beach and the pool. Unfortunately, our one-night stay at this Isle of Palms condo was a complete disappointment. To start, check-in was frustratingly delayed. Carol Realty didn't bother sending the property entry code until 15 minutes after our scheduled check-in time. But the real issue was working with Ashlee. I reached out asking for the property entry code as well as the access codes for the pool and beach gate, and Ashlee never responded. Not once.Because of this complete lack of communication, we never received access to the pool or the beach for our entire stay. When you pay for a beachside condo with pool amenities, being locked out of those exact features ruins the experience—especially on a short, one-night trip where every hour counts.Extremely poor communication and management. I would recommend looking elsewhere on Isle of Palms if you actually want to enjoy the amenities you pay for.
The location was great. Private pier was perfect! The place had an overwhelming air freshener scent when we first came in. I found six plugs in the small space. It was really overwhelming. The couch had a bad smell and the bathroom smelled like the cabinets had been wet and smelled like wet particle board. We aired out the place while we were there and emptied the dehumidifier several times a day which seemed to help. Overall, it was not great, but the location was perfect for what we wanted.
The check-in here was, hands down, the easiest, smoothest check-in I've ever experienced, even smoother than at any hotel I've ever stayed at! I wish they were all like this. The space was wonderful, clean, and with everything we needed. Plus, you only have to cross the parking lot to get to the beach!

The stay was good. The condos are right on the beach. The pier is really nice. The condo was good, I would stay there again but one eye on the stove didn’t work, someone put a wash cloth in the garbage disposal, the bunk beds were a lot smaller than I thought. The pullout couch was broken so we couldn’t use it. Otherwise there was everything we needed in the condo.
We have been vacationing in the Mount Pleasant/Isle of Palms area since 2002 but this is the 1st staying ocean front and it made all the difference. Our unit was clean and came equipped with everything we needed. We decided to add another night to the trip because we were having such a great time. Brought the grandsons down for a birthday celebration. Staff were very attentive to our questions throughout our stay. We will be back.

Spring Break
Great location with lots of wonderful options of things to do, eat and shop. Very close to the beach and pier which was lovely. If you need a can opener or wine opener, be sure to bring your own. Might encourage new pillows for the unit for guests.
DISGUSTING!! It smelled like mold and mildew. Sofa and chair were filthy. Stools were torn and ripped. Carpet was stained, filthy and moldy. Had to ask for extra sheets and towels to cover the sofa and chair so we could sit and cover the stools to sit. Laid a sheet on the floor so we could walk and not get our feet dirty from the rug. The pictures are not what the condo looks like. BEWARE. The rental company offered us another unit on the third floor- but there is not an elevator. They had the cleaners come back to clean- but, it didn’t help. Offered us a partial refund but needed to be out by noon- there were no other units available on IOP. My son and daughter-in-law came from Columbia for a couple nights- my DIL is pregnant- there is no way I could let her stay in the condo so I had to pay for a hotel for them. When I called to voice my frustration I was told that the owners know the condo needs a renovation and plan to do it in October. I did inquire via email before I rented when the condo had been renovated and I was told it was just done. NOT TRUE! Apparently, the person who responded to my email was an intern and per the rental company didn’t know anything about the unit. Walls dirty and stained- paneling puckering from moisture, shower curtain dirty and stained, outlets not attached to the wall, paint chipping on the ceiling. Awful condo and the Sea Cabins as a whole are not well taken care of.

parking was not an issue. Check-in was really easy. The condo floors didn't really feel clean and the overall space was a lot smaller than what it looked like in the pictures. It was cute for a night or two, but not typically my cup of tea. I was a little freaked out with all the pest control. Things plugged in the wall did not see any bug so that was good. I guess they are doing their job.

The Sea cabins looks to be some of the oldest condos on the island. This condo has had some updates done, kitchen cabinets, counter tops and floors. The outside door had light all the way around it- made it very drafty. The bedroom TV would not come on, door handle trim pieces were loose, paint chipping from ceiling, light covers not large enough to hide the hole behind them, toilet paper holder coming off the wall. Yes these are all cosmetic that can be taken care of with some more TLC. I draw the line at cleanliness, there looked to be mold on the vents and we pulled a blanket off one of the single beds to use while we were on the couch, unfolded the blanket and there was a used band aid stuck to the blanket. There will always be some things when renting a STR but with this many items in one stay, they need to be addressed- my wife and I will not be staying here again.
