Miriam esclareceu todas as nossas dúvidas com prontidão, boa vontade e atenção. A localização do apartamente é excelente, o condomínio oferece piscina aquecida, sauna, piscina fria, brinquedoteca no qual usufruimos bem. O apartamente tem uma área pra mata espetacular (sem rede de proteção que pra mim é um ponto positivo), o apartamente tem vários espelhos, estava limpo e organizado quando chegamos, tinha todos os utencílios que precisamos. Com certeza recomendo e voltaria a me hospedar com Miriam.

No anúncio, o imóvel contava com 3 dormitórios, mas possuía apenas 2. Isso prejudicou a estadia.

No final de semana tinha muito cheiro de fumaça da churrasqueira. Nos demais tudo bem.

Apartamento ótimo. Super indico.

Apartamento muito bem estruturado e localizado. A Miriam foi super atenciosa desde o começo que tivemos interesse na locação, estando disposta a esclarecer dúvidas, e respondendo prontamente as mensagens. Super recomendo. Como sugestão de melhoria apenas disponibilizaria umas cadeiras de praia e um guarda sol no apartamento.

Apartamento novo, confortável, e de bom gosto!

Desde o primeiro momento a Miriam se mostrou empenhada em fazer todo o possível para que nossa estadia fosse muito agradável! O apartamento dela é bem bacana. É voltado para a mata e dá pra ouvir os grilos e cigarras à noite. Não tem cheiro de mofo, algo tão comum na região. As camas são confortáveis, os chuveiros são ótimos, a cozinha é completa, com todos os utensílios que precisamos. Tudo muito limpo e organizado. Os aparelhos de ar condicionado são novos e silenciosos. A vaga de garagem é ótima, grande e boa para manobrar. Os funcionários do condomínio, composto por 2 prédios, são muito gentis e atenciosos! Alugamos uma vaga de garagem extra, que era pequena, mas atendeu a nossa necessidade.
