Bom custo benefício

Apartamento sem papel higiênico, sem água, sem detergente....tem que levar tudo ...nao tem um tapete na sala nem na cozinha, achei um pouco mofado o apartamento e chão meio areios , precisa de uma reforma...mas de resto ok , condomínio legal com piscinas ,bem completo o condomínio ..perto da praia a localização em uma partr tranquila da pg , está bom pelo custo benefício tbm nao podemos exigir muito

Estadia agradável

A estadia foi agradável e nossa família teve bons momentos em Ubatuba . O ap. Do S. Paulo é bem confortável e próximo à praia. O único problema que tivemos foi com o ar condicionado do quarto da cozinha , mas o proprietário,Paulo , veio e se dispôs a resolver . Muito atencioso e pretendemos voltar.

Os propreitários foram muito gentis! O apto é excelente! Super espaçoso, camas confortáveis, chuveiro bom, varal de chão na sacada e de teto na lavanderia. A localização é ótima! Da pra ir a pé na praia, e é a melhor região da Praia Grande. Próximo a restaurantes, padarias, supermercados, farmácias, sorveterias, etc. Vaga de garagem boa e próxima ao elevador. Excelente custo benefício! Voltarei mais vezes com certeza!

Ótimo apartamento e localização

A estadia no apartamento foi excelente, tudo muito limpinho e funcionando corretamente. É bem espaçoso e possui eletrodomésticos novos. O condomínio também é bem completo e está sempre bem arrumado. Fica próximo da Praia Grande, basta andar uns 5 min. Boa vaga de garagem e funcionários atenciosos. Único porém é que ao chegarmos, ficamos com medo de não entrar, já que o termo de liberação das chaves não estava na portaria, mas tudo se resolveu na hora. Recomendo!

Apto bem perto da praia, porem no lado menos frequentado, e mar com indicação perigoso, ruim p quem quer entrar na água, vaga na garagem próxima do elevador que e próximo da entrada do apto. Os utensílios e moveis do apto já estão desgastados, observação para mesa que não e possível VC sentar na cadeira e as pernas não entram embaixo da mesa, pois a mesa e baixa.
