Welcome to our beautiful, renovated condo in Surfside Beach. Located in a quiet community 1.3 miles from the beach. We’ve created a comfortable and serene space with all your desired amenities. A bonus bunk room is perfect for the kids or guests. You'll find a pool, hot tub, and tennis court. Relax on the balcony overlooking the courtyard and pool. A charcoal grill and picnic tables sit next to the pool. Close to all Myrtle Beach attractions. 21 miles to Barefoot Landing, two state parks 10 minutes to Myrtle Beach State Park, 16 minutes to Brook Green Gardens and 14 minutes to Murrells Inlet Marsh Walk. You’ll enjoy the nicely equipped kitchen or dine out at one of our many fabulous local restaurants. It is a perfect location if you attend spring and summer team tournaments.

My husband and I are from Massachusetts and have been coming to Myrtle Beach for over seven years. Our daughter and her family live close by so we are here often.
Why they chose this property
We love the quiet character of the neighborhood. It is beautifully maintained and has an active condo association, which we like. Surfside is a wonderful community that has everything to make the perfect stay any time of year. Close to the beach, pool, and summer activities abound. If you're on Facebook join the Surfside Beach page to keep up to date with the many summer activities and programs including movie night at the park and weekly farmers markets.
What makes this property unique
This is an 800-square-foot unit that has been totally redone. We added the bunkroom, which your kids or guests will love. It feels spacious, fresh, and welcoming. We treat this like home and will constantly keep it updated.
