Beautiful Semi Private Yard/ Pool (Shared With Other Unit). The owner Scott also lives in the entire upstairs apartment so the property is well maintained and safe. Please Read Reviews About The Property For A More Detailed Picture Of What Others Have Experienced! This unit sleeps 2 Adults with a comfortable queen bed and is on one side of the first of two floors so no need to walk up and down flights of stairs. It has one designated off road parking spot in front. This property has everything necessary for a relaxing getaway. It is in a safe area. Surfside has its own police force and there are a couple security cameras on the outside as well. There is access To On Site Shared Coin Washer & Dryer. Two Blocks From Surfside Beach! 370 Sq. Ft. of Gorgeous Space With a Large Yard, Pool, and An Entire Ocean Just Down The Street! Close to the new SurfSide Pier and of Course Golf, Fishing, Shopping, Dining. No extra cost for linens. Bed sheets and two sets of towels are provided at no additional cost. This is a non-smoking, non-pet friendly apartment. There is a new comfortable leather loveseat that recently replaced a pull out couch. This is meant to be a quiet oasis, it is not the place to get your party on. This might however be the place to retreat from the party or the family and friends also staying in town. If you are looking for a semi private, peaceful, quiet beach getaway, you found it!

This is a cute lil apartment enough for a couple. We have stayed here before and love it. The location is great. You can walk to the beach and food places. We also love the pool. All in all a great place to stay.

The property was beyond my expectations, everything was perfect. Fully functional kitchen, amazing towels, very comfortable bed, great air air, fan over bed, extra fun which I never need, fully length mirror to get ready by. The online pictures do not give this place justice, it is full of quality at every turn, just amazing.

Ideal & Perfect location

My husband and I stayed during the 4th to spend some time with friends while there. Communications before, during, and after was great. Scott alway replied im a timely matter. The location is perfect! Walking distance to restaurants, pier and beach! The pool was just right for a break from the beach. The place was just the size we needed for two of us.Definitely would and probably will, stay again.

Quaint and cozy Surfs up LoTide

We had a great week at this property. Amazing location that is walking distance to everything. Beach access is a 4 minute walk (or 6 mins Denny husband who has a bad knee). Beautiful private pool. Perfect for 2 adults. Scott was very responsive when I couldn’t figure out the induction cooktop (instructions are in the drawer below), and when we had a little trouble with the washer. Will book again next year if it’s available the week of our extended family vacation.

The LoRise had a comfortable sofa, comfortable bed, very functional little kitchen and use of the private yard with a pool. Entire place seemed newly done. Recommended.

I own several properties, a few in the Myrtle beach area and also in one in North Carolina and in Pennsylvania. I grew up in a small town on the Great Lakes, specifically in Erie PA. They have a wonderful beach but pretty harsh winters so when the opportune moment came, I decided to move to a warmer climate! I also am currently living in the upstairs apartment so if there are any issues or needs I can usually attend to them right away.

Why they chose this property

This property is great for three main reasons, the beach is steps away, the town of Surfside is a very quiet and safe area and it's a charming beach bungalo. Surfside has their own police force so it's a very safe and quiet location! It is also a charming town and it has beautiful beaches!

What makes this property unique

The benefits of a stay at "SurfsUp LowTide" is the proximity to the ocean. It also has the simple conveniences of an apartment versus a hotel. It has it's own parking spot right in front of the property, the semi private back yard/ pool, a private side entrance and back door to the pool area, a kitchen with a full size refrigerator, microwave and a toaster oven! Linens are included in the price. This is not a pet friendly apartment.
