Welcome to the Seagle Building! Our condo is perfectly situated close to campus, close to downtown, spacious ( 1100 sq ft) and with plenty of free parking. The unit has 2 bedrooms, each with a queen bed and its own full bath. The living room / dining room is a spacious open area with great views of Gainesville from the 9th floor. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, dishwasher, fridge and microwave. The unit has a full size washer and dryer, and many small appliances, including coffee maker, blender, toaster, and electric kettle.
