Oceanfront condo with amazing Gulf & Lake views from our two 9th floor balconies

The condo has amazing Ocean views... It is an end unit on the 9th floor which faces the Gulf. There are 2 separate balconies-
The living room balcony provides great ocean views, pool views, and spectacular sunset ocean views!
Our second balcony is located off the master bedroom which has unobstructed views of Lake Powell and the morning sunrise!

The modern kitchen has granite counter-tops, stainless steel appliances & solid wood cabinetry. It is very well equipped to create those fun family meals. Our large dining room table accommodates your entire family. This main level of the condo also has the living room and the balcony which overlooks the ocean. A bathroom & laundry room with a full size washer and dryer completes the lower level.
The upper level of the condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The master bed room has a luxurious King bed, a private bathroom with glass enclosed shower and a private balcony which overlooks the lake. The second bedroom has a wall of windows overlooking the ocean, a comfortable queen bed and two bunk bed for the kids.

OUR CONDO COMPLEX-
Pinnacle Port condo is a unique ocean front resort located on the QUIET west end of Panama City Beach. With the Gulf on one side and Lake Powell on the other side, Pinnacle port is a unique peninsula resort area of its own. We are set back far away from noisy busy streets.
OUR BEACH-
When you step out of the condo, you are immediately on the sugar-white sandy beach. There are no boardwalks! The adjacent State park and bird sanctuary creates a half mile of UNDEVELOPED beach front allowing for long quiet and relaxing walks along the turquoise blue waters of the Gulf.
OUR AMENITIES- Two Pools, four lighted Tennis courts, Pickle Ball court, Sauna (men's & women's), Exercise room, Shuffleboard and Bocce ball courts, grilling and picnic areas. There is a very nice playground for the children. You have free access to our boat launch, dock and fishing pier on Lake Powell. Free kid's Movies are shown at the pool in summer. Free Wi-Fi. On-site rentals of beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and kayaks are available. The property is a private gated community with a 24/7 security staff.
OUR VERY CONVENIENT LOCATION- Only minutes to 30 A communities and the beaches of Santa Rosa, Rosemary Beach, and Grayton Beach. Pier Park Mall is 10 minutes away with restaurants, rides, shops, movie theater, and a beautiful fishing pier. We are next to the Carillon beach community with its quaint restaurants, markets, bike rentals, which also a great place to take an evening walk. There are two large grocery stores located across from the security gate entrance. We are 20 minutes to the airport. Lots of attractions are minutes away- Gulf World, Shipwreck Island, Ripley's Aquarium, St. Andrews State Park, Sky Wheel, etc.

Beautiful location

Our condo was very clean and beautiful view, comfortable beds and furniture. Local restaurants in close by Rosemary and Alys beaches are very expensive. We found 30 Ave with Amigos and Amicis, Goat feathers our last couple of days, they were very good and reasonable priced.

Great Location and Stay

Our family loves our stay here and plan to visit annually. Communication with the owners was great and responsive! Location was great for us to get to restaurants. Beach access was excellent. Access to pool was great to have to give the kids a break from the beach. The area is family friendly and quiet. Can’t wait for our next trip back.

Gorgeous sunsets, nice property, good area!

This was our 1st time in the area and we had a great experience. The community was close to a lot, great restaurants, the beach is wide and beautiful. The condo itself is exactly as advertised. We'd definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay here. Very well furnished and comfortable bed in the Master bedroom. Nice gated community that has the best beach in the Panama City area.

Excellent condo

Nothing but excellent reviews on the hosts, condo and location. Hosts were very quick to back with me when I decided to add another night and quick to accommodate us. I loved having views of both the ocean and lake. There was plenty of room in condo. Condo was exceptionally clean and loved the decor as well. We will definitely be back!

Great location!

Love the different views! Very secluded spot so just what I was looking for. The only thing is my husband is 6”5 & the main floor ceilings are 7”, so that felt a little tight and the bathrooms were a little cramped for him, but shouldn’t be an issue for most people. But it was a lovely stay and would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful location

This condo is located in a lovely area - next to the Carillon Beach community, which is a great place to take walks, check out the shops, and get ice cream. The views from both balconies are stunning. The kitchen is well stocked and has everything you need. The main pool was heated, which was very nice. The beach is beautiful. There are several great state parks nearby to explore as well. Our hosts were wonderful. They communicated with us and made sure we had everything we needed.

Great Property!

Great location and views! Parking was never an issue and neither were the elevators. It was an easy drive to all the restaurants and stores but far enough away that you didn’t have to deal with constant traffic. The condo was well stocked and very clean. The beach was fantastic and not overly crowded. Overall awesome vacation spot!

Great location for a family get away!

Our family of 6 enjoyed our stay at this fabulous condo!! The condo is beautifully decorated and has all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay! The beds are extremely comfortable!! Our children loved the indoor pool and searching for shells at Phillips inlet a short walk down the beach!! The owners were quick to respond to any questions that arose!! Perfect location

The property is older but nicely updated. Could have been a little cleaner. Well equipped kitchen. We did more cooking than usual on this vacation and had everything I needed. You cannot beat this location. Beach and lake access gives you lots to do.

Wonderful Condo at Pinnacle Port

We have stayed at Pinnacle Port many times over the years. We LOVED this condo! Beautifully remodeled, very clean, and comfortable beds. The kitchen had everything you could need. Condo was stocked with lots of beach gear. I loved having a view off the beach and the inland water from the master bedroom. The hosts are very attentive and communicate well. They took care of every detail. We will return!!

Fall break get away

This property definitely suited our needs. We were conveniently located close to the beach which is exactly what we wanted. The condo smelled clean as soon as we entered and everything was as described. The beach chairs/umbrella were a welcome surprise. The keypad on the door was so convenient for coming and going. It was quiet and peaceful. Also very convenient to grocery stores and great food for take out. Our whole family of five had a wonderful time.

We visited and enjoyed Pinnacle Port for several years and then purchased our condo to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. We continue to come down to our condo from our home in Tennessee to enjoy the beaches, sun, and fishing with our family. Hope you enjoy your time here as much as we do!

Why they chose this property

We have a long stretch of undeveloped beach front because of the adjacent State Park and bird sanctuary which means very uncrowded beaches for you! We are located well off the main road away all the noise and the craziness of the other beaches around Panama City. And we are just 5 minutes from 30A and 10 minutes from Pier Park.
