Welcome to world's most beautiful beaches! Our recently remodeled 2 bedroom/2 bath is located on the second-floor in the mid-rise building across from the small pool and play ground. You'll enjoy breath taking views of the beach as you sit on our balcony or stroll along the private white sand beaches of Panama City Beach.
The fully-equipped kitchen opens into the living room with spectacular views of the ocean. The kitchen is surrounded by beautiful granite counter tops and modern appliances.

The living room has a love seat, great for snuggling, a queen size sleeper sofa, and one large chair to enjoy reading a book or watching T.V.

Let your worries melt away in our comfortable king size bed in the master bedroom as you listen to the gentle waves of the Gulf of Mexico right outside your bedroom window. The bathroom has two large sinks surround by beautiful granite counter tops with plenty of drawer space.

The guest bedroom has a queen bed and bunk beds with a view of Lake Powell and its own bathroom with granite counter top and cabinet.

Sorry, absolutely NO SMOKING and NO PETS.

Just outside our building you'll find the communities charcoal grill with shelter above to shade you as you cook dinner. There are several picnic tables located here, so there's no need to drag your food back to the condo on those beautiful Florida evenings. This family area has a basketball court, shuffle boards, a playground, Bocca Ball, tennis & a pool, so the kids will be easily entertained.

In addition, Pinnacle Port Resort provides 24-hour on-site secruity and a host of other free amenities, such as Free Movie Night every Tuesday by the big pool during the summer season. You have the convenience of two grocery stores. Publix & Winn Dixie are located within minutes, as well as the newest shopping and entertainment center, Pier Park. Here you'll find large dept. stores like JC Penney's, Dillard's, Target, Walmart, as well as tons of specialty stores. There's a wide variety of restaurants, including The Back Porch, Jimmy Buffet's Margarita Ville, and Five Guys. You'll also find an amusement park and movie theater at Pier Park. We've provided entertainment binder to assist you in locating other entertainment & restaurants in the area.

Our unit has a RING doorbell with security camera. This doorbell and camera only detect activity OUTSIDE of the units front door in the OUTSIDE breezeway area. This is installed for everyones security and ensure that only people with permission are entering the unit.

There is a $30 plus tax resort fee that must be paid prior to arrival. You will rec eive an email link to secure your parking pass.

We’ve stayed at pinnacle many times. This was probably my favorite condo so far. Kitchen is great. It was clean, updated and had a lot of extra available in case we needed batteries or cleaning supplies, etc. thanks!!

Spring Break Getaway!!

We had a great time! The property was clean with great views and sounds from the ocean. Just steps from the beach and not too crowded. We couldn't have asked for anything better except maybe a little warmer weather. Laurie was easy to contact and took care of any concerns we may have had. Would definitely recommend to anyone to stay here! Can't wait to go back again soon!!

Wonderful retreat!

The condo was exactly what we were looking for- beautiful decor, close proximity to the beach, and near shops and entertainment. Unfortunately, we had an unexpected circumstance arise, and Laurie was incredibly responsive. She was quick to respond to all of our questions and checked in on us too.

Beautiful condo & beach views!

Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home on the beach!! It was absolutely gorgeous! Your remodeling was perfect! The condo, balcony, and beach were all great! The only problem we had , me & the husband had, was the mattress in the master . It was not comfortable for either of us. But other than that had a great time ! Thank you again!

Great Beach Access!

We had a wonderful week at Pinnacle Port! The condo was very clean on arrival and the beds are super comfortable. The view is absolutely wonderful. We loved the easy access and the close proximity to the beach. The reasons that I did not give it 5 stars is the cable/wifi is pretty terrible and watching anything on tv in the evening was very frustrating. We even called the provider but that did not resolve anything. We were not willing to wait all day for a service call on our vacation. Also, there was a large church group that was REALLY loud in the evenings and we were not able to use shuffle board/playground area because of them. This is no reflection on the unit but the actual complex. I felt the security/management should have done more in the evenings to make sure they limited their noise.

Great condo...Just take valuables inside

This was our first visit to Pinnacle Port. We have stayed several times in the cottages that are on the same grounds. The room was very nice and we loved the big kitchen. The 2nd floor was great and the view of the ocean was relaxing. The condo was clean and stocked well. The one thing that I would caution all future guest, is to make sure all belongings are inside the unit. We left a wagon filled with children's swim vest, goggles, etc , at the door "cove area", which was a perfect fit. The following morning we discovered that it had been stolen. We left it there so there would be less sand inside the condo, however, thieves don't care what your intentions are as long as they are taking valuables. When we reported it, we were told this is a common thing with bikes, boat gasoline, along with other items being taken regularly. So just a word of caution to others, make sure you bring all items inside for safe keeping. While they may have taken our new items, one thing that could not be taken is the joy we had and the memories made for another summer vacation with our family.

Great condo and vacation!

This was our 3rd year a Pinnacle Port and 1st time in this particular condo. We appreciated all of the upgrades to this entire condo and didn't miss the table and chairs one bit (huge granite counter worked well for husband, 2 young girls and me). Large shower in master bath was great. A/C worked well. Liked the standing fans in each bedroom. Kitchen had everything we needed. Fresh flowers upon arrival very nice touch. 2nd floor was convenient and although close to elevator, we didn't hear a sound from it. Entire condo very clean. Laurie is a pleasure to rent from and we would stay here again in a heartbeat. The only things I would change (and I won't even use the word "complaint") would be the loud squeaky sliding door to balcony and 2nd bedroom door (our little girls wake early and we didn't want to wake the whole place up that early), adding black-out curtains in the 2nd bedroom over the matchstick blinds would be great (there is a big light outside the window) and hooks in the bathrooms (at least behind the doors) for bathing suits and wet beach towels would have been helpful. These were all minor details and again, we were very happy with this condo. The beach, as usual, was not crowded and very quiet. We devour the shrimp poboys and sno cones at 'Davids Snoballs'. The girls loved Marine World and we all love St. Andrews State Park. We love Pinnacle and are recommending Lauries condo to all of our family and friends! :)

Perfect Beach Getaway

Everything about this condo was fabulous. The location is perfect, facing right out toward the beach where you can relax to the sound of ocean waves. The kitchen is wonderful, especially since we enjoyed buying local fresh catch seafood and making dinner at the condo. Would love to come back to stay again! Thank you for a fabulous stay.

Absolutely everything you could want in a condo!

We had an amazing time and everything we needed was in this unit! The bed in the master bedroom was the most comfortable mattress I’ve ever slept on, and I have a Sleep Number at home. Communication was excellent! We hope to stay in this unit again next year.

My husband's family purchased a property here the mid 70's and we decided to purchase our own. We love it here! We come here as often as we can to relax and enjoy the scenery.

When staying a Pinnacle Port, your worries seem to melt away. Being on the 2nd floor you're just steps away from the beautiful white sandy beaches. The Inlet is just a short walk down the beach and is one of our favorite places to relax and look for shells, hermit crabs, and other interesting sea life. I hope you'll come and enjoy our nice quiet place in the world!

We are in a great location. From the 2nd floor, you are just steps away from the beach. You can take a stroll down to Camp Helen and see some beutiful wildlife and take in some beautiful sunsets.
