LIVING ROOM: Bright and welcoming, vaulted ceilings and open concept means space for all to gather on the MOST comfortable sectional enjoying the smart TV or some of the provided board games.

KITCHEN: Fully stocked and well-appointed kitchen including pots, pans, bakeware, plates, stemware, silverware, cooking supplies like oils/spices, water filter pitchers, air fryer, large crockpot, blender, toaster, etc. Also, enjoy the coffee bars which include Starbuck’s Pikes coffee, decaf, creamers and sweeteners.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
If you don’t mind starting a batch of towels that is always appreciated. No need to strip the beds.
Look around to be sure you don’t leave any personal belongings behind and please turn off all lights!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
NO SMOKING. Smoking is NOT allowed within 300ft of the property. Violation will result in $250 charge PER DAY and cancellation of reservation.
NO PARTIES. This is a quiet neighborhood so no partying allowed. $500 charge PER DAY for violation in addition to possible cancellation w/ NO REFUND.
NO ANIMALS. Pets NOT permitted under any circumstance. We live here part-time and have extreme allergies as well as a baby. $200 fee for violation.

Great spot for our swim meet!

We had a weekend swim meet and this location was 5 min from Mountain View HS! It was close to everything, easy to get back and forth. Beds and couch so comfortable! It was VERY clean when we checked in!

The host was very communicative, especially when we had questions about heating of the downstairs. Unfortunately, the hvac is on one unit for the whole house. This caused it to be very warm upstairs, but not able to be warm enough downstairs. One room didn’t get above 65 degrees downstairs. Unfortunately, you couldn’t regulate the temperature throughout the home. The beds in the upstairs master bedroom and the upstairs room with the queen size bed was very uncomfortable due to them being very soft and sagging in middle on the queen and sides on the king. The house was very well appointed and had everything we needed in the kitchen, plenty of towels and a very friendly and communicative host. Just wanted to provide a fair review. The space was great for larger families.

Perfect Getaway

This was the perfect place to stay for a trip planned for my mom, me and my sisters. We were able to visit family who only lived blocks away. We visited Rocky Mountain National Park which is very close. The house is close to everything (Wal Mart,Sonic,shopping). It is clean and roomy. Would definitely stay there again when visiting Colorado.

We loved this home! The location was in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The beds were so comfortable and inviting. The home was stylish and clean and well taken care of. The space was perfect for hanging out as a group and having fun. We loved the addition of the games in the family room. The host was easy to connect with for anything we needed. The house was really nice, location was great, center to many businesses. Only thing that the linen in one of the downstairs bed was dirty We had to wash the linen before going to bed. The ironing board did not have a cover so had to use a towel to iron. Over all is was great home and give it a 4 star...............

Spacious home in quiet neighborhood

There was so much room for every purpose. Everyone had his own bedroom. We fed up to 10 at the dining table, both indoors and out. We enjoyed morning coffee and breakfast on the patio, and evening walks in the neighborhood. Mabin and Jana were always prompt to answer any messages before and during our stay. Easy check-in. Would have liked to have a broom to clean up crumbs under the table and leaves on the porch. We'd do this again, and recommend to our friends.

We love this quiet neighborhood! It's great for morning/evening walks to the playground and open green space just 1 block away. We also really appreciate that there is driveway space, street parking, and a small parking lot in our cul de sac.

Our home is spacious and located in a safe neighborhood. There is space for everyone and offers large dining both inside and outside for the whole group. Conveniently located close to grocery stores and restaurants, and it's a quick 45 minute drive to Rocky Mountain National Park.
