Boyd Lake State Park offers sandy beaches, open space for picnics, and marina access with rentals for boating, paddleboarding, kayaking, and jet skiing. Families can also enjoy easy day trips to Rocky Mountain National Park for hiking and wildlife viewing, or spend an afternoon downtown exploring shops, casual dining, and local breweries. There’s plenty to do for all ages, with space to stay active during the day and relax together in the evenings.

OUTDOOR LIVING: Ground-level patio with lake views, outdoor dining table, gas grill, and lounge seating with an umbrella. The fully fenced yard is spacious and shaded by mature trees, making it ideal for kids and family gatherings.

INDOOR LIVING: Two Smart TVs (living room and media room), Pop-A-Shot arcade game, foosball table, kids’ play area, board games, multiple seating areas, electric fireplace, ceiling fans, air conditioning, laptop-friendly workspace, and an open floor plan with ample seating.

KITCHEN: Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, microwave, cooking essentials, dishware and flatware, spices, and complimentary coffee, creamer, tea, and sweetener. The dining table seats eight, with an adjacent breakfast bar for additional seating.

BATHROOMS: There is a full bathroom on each level. The upstairs primary suite features an en-suite bathroom with a soaking tub and separate walk-in shower. We include hair dryers, soap, shampoo and conditioner for every guest stay!
