Just a great place to stay in Abilene. Very comfortable and clean with comfortable furniture and beds. Lots of space and fenced yard for pets. You will love it.
We had an amazing time at the property. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the gadgets we needed, and the house was extremely spacious. The puppy really enjoyed the backyard. A very charming relaxing space.

We were in town for a family wedding shower and some meetings for work. The location was great. The home is pet friendly which is important to us. The home was built sturdy so the walls are thick, some of us go to bed early, some stay up later, couldn’t hear the tv in the living room with the doors shut. We would definitely stay here again.
The house was welcoming and clean. The word that comes to mind is “cozy” when I think of this property. It is located near McMurry University so I would encourage alumni or parents visiting the area to check it out.

Thank you so much for your feedback. We look forward to hosting you again.
There were three of us adults and the home had room for our daughter , husband, our granddaughter, grandson and great granddaughter. We enjoyed the dining area which was big enough for eight of us.
I had silly questions and the host answered immediately!
Property was very nice older home. Kitchen was fully stocked with all the pots, pans, knives, etc. you need which was great for us to prepare thanksgiving dinner.
The only issue we had was the air freshener or something in the house was pretty strong and was causing my partner to cough a lot.

Thanks for the feedback. I will look into the air freshener issue. Hope to host you all again.
What a beautiful property. This is a wonderfully unique property nestled in a quiet neighborhood set one block off Sayles. Historic charm with new renovations throughout. The best stocked kitchen of any VRBO we have ever reserved. Beautiful flower gardens and the covered porch begs for you to come sit and enjoy the day conversing with family and friends. Location was great. Just minutes from the downtown Soda district and a short 8 minutes from ACU. A truly hidden gem.
This home is very beautiful and spacious. Had everything we needed. The door handle on the door we were coming in and out of came off on our last day there. Our only concern was the apartment that is connected to the house is basically a third bedroom in the house and we were not told that someone outside of our party would be staying in that room. We were surprised to discover someone was staying in that room when we woke up after our first night there. There is only a simple door separating that apartment room from the rest of the house and we could hear the person staying in there snoring and it was a bit uncomfortable. Since we were only there for the weekend and that person kept to himself and we were out of the house most of the day, we decided to ignore it and complete our stay there.
