PLEASE NOTE THE BUNK BEDS - VRBO counts 1 set of bunk beds as 1 bed, not 2, and it throws off bed counts for bookings. So I have to list these as twin beds.

Keyless entry but we live 10 min away should you need anything!

Very quiet, residential road. Close to everything yet private enough to feel like a week/weekend hideout!

You will need a car to get most places. You can walk to the swimming pond and you can walk to town but anything else you`ll want at least a bike.

Please note. This is a DUPLEX. There’s no way to select that with Airbnb.
EV CHARGING:
If bringing an EV, we DO allow charging from the house.
The charge $10/day for charging.
Note: There is no 220 outlet.

TRASH:
No LOOSE trash in any outside trash cans. Animals will make a mess & trash collectors will NOT pick up your trash.
Note: There`s a $100 fine for un-bagged trash in the bins.
