Very nice home that had lots of amenities, though we did not like the fact that it only had one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and one trash bag for our 4 day stay with 10 people, and limited cleaning supplies. It was a short walk to the beach. The neighborhood was nice. Communication with the property manager was easy.

Thank you for your feedback! We’re delighted that you enjoyed the home, its amenities, and the convenient location near the beach. It’s also great to know that communication with our team was easy and that you found the neighborhood pleasant. Please note that Southern provides an initial set of essentials, including toilet paper, trash bags, and basic cleaning items, to help guests get started for the first 24 hours after that you would be required to supply your own and this information is located in the What to Bring section of the guest portal that is sent to all guest communications 14 days prior to arrival. Your feedback is invaluable and we hope to have the opportunity to host you for a future stay. Your Southern Team
