Family Reunion

Great home! Very clean and neat. Showers are awesome. Kitchen has everything you need. Located close to downtown. Wonderful place for kids too. They had a really cute nook for children in the bedroom with twin beds. We will absolutely stay here again.

Cute place and perfect for the 4 of us mostly adults

Great place for what we needed.. we love Hollerbach’s and had our Christmas dinner w family there BUT make sure you have reservations ahead of time!! We did and had great service.. also need to go to Donuts to Go!!! Delicious but need to go early.. they sell out!

The property interior was wonderful, it was comfortable and nicely furnished. My family loved it. The exterior of the property was also nice but the community appears a bit rundown. The behavior of some of the neighbors were somewhat suspicious. They stay overall was good and i would definitely book the property again.

No hot tub

The house was very nice and clean. The neighborhood felt a little run down and not very comfortable at night. The description of the property mentioned that there was a hot tub but there is not one.

Please BEWARE. We always get the insurance because accidents happen. However, we left the place spotless and even took the trash off site because the alleged garage can was not there, and started the dishwasher- even though there were no exit instructions. However, they made an insurance claim about a replacement towel, replacement comforter, mattress cover replacement and sheet repair. We are 5 grown adults that stayed and no children. No one took a towel or soiled a mattress or comforter. We rent monthly for work and never had such a claim. Please Be Careful Renting Here!!

Chad, I’m sorry if the insurance claim caught you off guard. I meant to write to you personally to let you know why but lost track time. My apologies. A small claim was filed for items that were soiled with blood that after treating and washing could not be removed. The claim was only approved because of the photo evidence that was submitted along with it. Other than that, you left our home in a great condition. Clear instructions for exiting our home are indeed on site in the guest handbook on the kitchen counter and the garbage can was and is always in place, in the alley behind our home. Our apologies for any distress this may have caused you.
