There are 2 bedrooms with a queen bed in the master and a queen-over-queen bunk in the guest bedroom, 1 full bath with tile walk-in shower & a new pull-out queen sleeper sofa in the living room. We have all sorts of restaurants nearby as well as touristy things to do like the Hangout restaurant and more! No elevator.

Welcome to Sunrise Village #215, a comfortable and family-friendly coastal retreat located in the quiet Sunrise Village community on West Beach in Gulf Shores. With just 36 residences, this low-density complex offers a relaxed, neighborly atmosphere—perfect for families and guests seeking a peaceful beach getaway.



Situated at 1159 West Beach Boulevard, this condo is approximately 1.5 miles from the heart of Gulf Shores, placing you close to dining, shopping, and entertainment while still enjoying a more laid-back beach setting.



Interior & Layout



This thoughtfully appointed two-bedroom, one-bath condo comfortably accommodates families and small groups. The primary bedroom features a queen-size bed, while the guest bedroom includes a Full-over-Full bunk bed, ideal for children or additional guests. The living room offers a new queen sleeper sofa, providing flexible sleeping arrangements.



The well-equipped kitchen includes granite countertops and everything needed for preparing meals during your stay. The recently renovated bathroom features a granite vanity and a spacious walk-in tiled shower, offering a clean, modern feel.



Throughout the condo, guests will enjoy new bedding and linens, large flat-screen TVs in every room, and a stackable washer and dryer for added convenience—especially for longer stays or beach days.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire condo, community pool, and beach.



The Neighborhood:

We have all sorts of restaurants nearby as well as touristy things like the Gulf Shores Zoo, The Hangout restaurant, The Warf, The Track, golf courses, putt-putt and the Outlets in Foley. There are things for the whole family to do! Wave’s grocery and package is conveniently located across the street for those last-minute needs along with S & S Seafood market, Island Ice Cream and The Beach House restaurant.



Other Things to Note:

There is room for 2 vehicles to park under the structure. 2 vehicles are the max. Additional parking is available at our office.



This is a non-smoking complex which includes the entire grounds of the property.



There is no elevator so you will need to be able to navigate two flights of stairs to access the unit.
