The entry opens up directly into a spacious great room, where a full living room and kitchen create a comfortable space for unwinding with the family. In the living room you will find a plush sofa and two easy chairs nicely arranged for gathering together. The wall-mounted flatscreen TV adds entertainment options for the evenings, while the massive stone fireplace and exposed log ceiling beams convey a distinct mountain vibe. Three large glass doors spread across one wall of the living area, bringing scenic tree views inside. Stepping out onto the private balcony, you will enjoy peaceful views with no other buildings in sight and glimpses of Fanny Hill to lure you to the slope. In the kitchen, full-sized stainless steel appliances are at your disposal, including a double oven great for whipping up family meals. Plenty of counter space and a massive island make this a good gathering spot for the family. Pull up a stool to the kitchen island, where there is room for four, or gather around the adjacent dining table, where there is seating for six.
Stay rested and ready for mountain adventures from the serene sleeping spaces this condo provides. The primary bedroom offers a queen bed and large built-in for entertainment and unpacking. From the en suite master bathroom, enjoy his and her sinks and a generously sized corner soaking tub, along with a separate shower. The second bedroom also offers a queen bed, generous storage space, and a bathroom right across the hall with a shower and tub combination. The kids will love the loft tucked away upstairs, furnished with two twins and one double.
Please note that Timberline does not have elevators; assistance with luggage is available upon request. While the condo does not feature air conditioning, floor fans are provided to ensure comfort during warmer days. For the comfort of all guests, pets are not permitted. Coin-operated laundry facilities are available in two convenient locations on the property, though there are no in-unit washers or dryers. Parking is available for a daily fee in the winter (Thanksgiving- April) and is free in the summers.
