About this property

Newly Remodeled Ski-In, Ski-Out To Lift About 100 Yards From Unit.

Very private and quiet top floor unit with high wooden beamed ceiling and no shared walls. Recently remodeled with new appliances, wooden floors, new carpet, very mountain modern feel with gas fireplace. The unit has two balconies with slope and mountain views. A king bed in the master with new memory foam mattress , queen and single in the guest bedroom and sleeps 3-6 in the loft with one king bed and two double futons. There are three flat screen TVs- 65 inch smart TV in the main room, one in the master and one in the guest room. The main grocery store, pharmacy, liquor store and local pizza place are a 3 minute walk up the hill. Brand new pool, hot tub, sauna and washer/dryer facilities are shared. A wonderful mountain cabin feel close to restaurants, shopping and the five star Viceroy Hotel.

The location is ideal and convenient to Snowmass Village and Mall. Greg, the host, is great about keeping in touch and offering suggestions on places to eat, experience, etc. Snowfall was not great this season, but it did not stop us from having a great time in Snowmass!

The property is in a great location just a very short walk to Assay Lift. Short walk to.Clarks grocery. The condo is in great shape, newly remodeled. The host was super helpful. This property and th host deserves every bit of the 5 stars. I’ll definitely rent here again.

Location and accommodations were outstanding. Condo had everything you could possibly need and very comfortable. My only surprise was not being able to stand up in the loft- perhaps I should have realized that is what in fact is implied by a loft but the pictures did not accurately represent how low the ceilings actually were. If the area is being used for kids not a problem at all- just something to consider if you are planning on having adults sleep in loft. Otherwise perfect stay!

Just to clarify, the maximum ceiling height in the loft is right at 6 feet but the ceiling is sloped. Therefore, the majority of the ceiling height is less than 6 feet. Thank you.

Great location if you're trying to hit the slopes. Nice decor and it was accommodating to our group. It would've been helpful if instructions for checking out, directions to the lift, and directions to the hot tub were provided.

Great Location in Snowmass

My family and I had a fantastic time at this lovely condo. The location is very convenient to the slopes, with a short walk to the lift. Condo was beautiful, clean and in a great location. The lift was super close for our skiers. I loved the free shuttles going to Aspen and around Snowmass. Check in process was super smooth. We loved working with property owner. His recommendations were great. He was very quick and responsive. We loved our stay.

Great Location and place

Greg the property owner was awesome and reached out to us immediately after booking and immediately took care of any questions or recommendations. The place does have lots of steps but convenient to slopes, buses and grocery store. I would definitely recommend.
