Great place to stay! Had everything you could need on a trip away including staples in the cabinets if you needed. Everything was well labeled so there was no question where thing were and where you should put things. Very quiet at night, hot tub was awesome especially after being cold on the trails to help warm you up. Would 100% stay here again.
In town to snowmobile and watch hockey. Very easy parking for truck and trailer. House is right on trail #3 - LOVED that. Rooms were clean and well appointed. Hot tub and sauna were easy to get to - you have to go outside and around the building, but well worth the short walk. Would love to stay here again.
Cozy small stay perfect for two. Hot tub and spa were absolutley amazing besides the hot tub having a little gunk but there is a maintinence number posted for any issues. close to downtown and plenty of activities.
Was a great place to stay for a snowmobile tirp with my wife. Place is literally on the trail. Hot tub was a huge plus. If traveling with other couples you could rent multiple units and all be together but have privacy too!
Small but still roomy, very cozy for our vacation. Owners very communicative and helpful. We enjoyed the beach as well. Everything was very new and clean too. Thank you!
We enjoyed our stay in cabin #2. Our husky was able to spend time with us in the game room and hot tub. Great extras!! Everything was clean and organized. Also very quiet.
Access and gear supplied for many outdoor adventures. Nice to stay somewhere you could enjoy the outdoors yet have the convenience of being close to town. The cabin was very clean and mindfully organized. The location was pretty. Hot tub, sauna, and game room were enjoyable and fun. Great place to stay and will be back. Thank you.
Cabin was super clean and comfortable. Sensible rules, easy for adults to follow. Great amenities like kayaks, bikes, sauna, hot tub, and arcade. Quiet area, view out cabin window not great but that's reflected in reduced price. Would absolutely rent again, summer or Winter!
And not just clean, but carefully stocked. Plenty of towels, extra washcloths, extra sheets, a selection of emergency toiletries, plus a brand new first aid kit. The photos online make the space look slightly cramped, but that is not the case at all. The space is generous with plenty of sunlight and room for dancing. And did I mention how clean it was?
The property was small and cozy. It is very well kept and appointed. There are nice amenities, such as the hot tub, sauna, small beach and fire pit. It is right next to the local mountain bike/4X4/snowmobile trail. It's a 5-7 minute drive from downtown Houghton. There is extensive gravel grading around the property and you are right next door to a small marina, with a business for boat sales/service/rental. We will definitely look into availability for future trips to Houghton/Hancock.
