Lakeview Hangout is THE place in Branson to make memories with family and friends. The luxury condo's location is only a mile from Silver Dollar City, 3 miles from Table Rock Lake marina access and 6 miles from the Branson Theatre District and Strip. There are 10 incredible golf courses within 30 minutes of the Hangout.

Other attractions nearby: Shepherd of the Hills Adventure Park - 4 miles away; Talking Rocks Cavern - 6-1/2 miles away; Dogwood Canyon Nature Park - 21 miles away.

The interior is almost 4,000 square feet. It consists of a massive kitchen, dining room, living room and game room. The Hangout has 8 bedrooms, 6 of which have their own full bathroom. There is a mini-bunkroom on the main level, perfect for little ones. It sleeps 24 comfortably.

The Hangout has 2 separate decks, both with spectacular views of Table Rock Lake and the surrounding forest. The top deck has an 8-person hot tub and two gathering areas. The main floor deck has a 43" flat screen Smart TV, fire place, grill and a couple of gathering areas, as well

Master Bedroom - King-sized bed, 50" flat screen Smart TV, Day Bed with Trundle, blackout curtains and full bathroom. Also includes a closet, night stands and Pack & Play (stored in closet)

Bedroom 2 - Across the hall from the Master, directly to right after walking into condo, King-sized bed, 50" flat screen Smart TV, Day Bed with Trundle, blackout curtains and full bathroom. Also includes a closet and night stands.

Washer/Dryer Room - Next to Master on left side of main hallway, has in it new, up-to-date washer & dryer

Bedroom 3 (the Mini-Bunkroom) - Next to Washer/Dryer Room. Has in it a wooden, built-in bunk bed with mini-bed on top - a lot of fun for the little ones! Blackout curtains.

Kitchen - Fully equipped, including blender, 3 coffee makers and huge island with bar stools

Living Room - Two comfortable couches and chairs, 2 ottoman, fire place, 50" flat screen Smart TV, door to back deck,
which leads directly to outdoor gathering areas and grill, view of Table Rock Lake and surrounding forest. Beautiful!

Dining Room - Situated along windows facing the Lake, the dining room has two large tables that sit 8 each, comfortably. There is a bar along the wall that sits 6. The island sits 4. The set-up is perfect for brining your crew together

Main Floor Deck - Grill, 43" flat screen Smart TV, couch, table, chairs. Hangout, eat, drink, be merry and enjoy the views!

Second Floor

Bedroom 4 - Front of condo (directly above Master Bedroom), King-sized bed, 50" flat screen Smart TV, blackout curtains and full bathroom. Also includes a closet and night stands.

Bedroom 5 - All things in Bedroom 4 + Day Bed with Trundle.

Bedrooms 6 & 7 - Interior of condo, across hall from each other, between Game room and front bedrooms. Bedrooms 6 & 7 have in them all the things described above in Bedroom 4.

This is the place to stay in Branson! Especially with a large group. Amazing views from the deck and the hot tub was so relaxing! The host was so helpful, quick to answer questions and truly worked to make our stay great! Will stay again for sure!

Had a couple issues initially that were taken care of quickly, hosts very responsive with any questions or concerns. The last night we did run out of toilet paper in 1 bathroom. There were 12 females in the house so if you stay with a lot of females, you may want to pack a roll or 2 just in case. We really enjoyed the location and decks.

Perfect For Our Church Retreat

This was absolute paradise for our church group traveling for a couples' retreat. We arrived on Friday, had no trouble checking in, were so amazed at the amenities, the spacious rooms, the convenience and attention to detail, and the beauty of the facility. The kitchen is AMAZING and fully stocked, you will not need dishes or utensils from home, and a large group can gather here easily. We absolutely will be back--we come to Branson often, and this will be our new go-to... Best place that we have ever stayed here!

Fabulous House!

This house is well done! The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, all the plates cups utensils etc….even two dishwashers to keep up with a large crew. The rooms are beautiful sheets are soft beds comfy and plenty of bathrooms. A lot of thought was put into the details and it was appreciated! There were games to entertain the kids and the view is spectacular! We were super close to SDC and not to far from town. This is a great location! Communication was great and it was smooth check in and out. You won’t regret staying here.

Family friendly and spacious

I booked this property for my family reunion. Each family unit was able to fit comfortably in each room. Most rooms had its own full bathroom which was really a plus! The kitchen and dining area has plenty of space for the entire family. Everyone, adult and kids, enjoyed the hot tub with a beautiful view of the lake from the balcony. The community outdoor and indoor pool was just up the hill. We drove to park at the club house because the road was pretty steep for the little ones, but we enjoyed the pool none the less. The host was also very responsive and communication was great! It can be challenging when coordinating large group gatherings and the host was able to accommodate most of my requests which was a huge help. I would definitely book here again.

Nice large condo with room for our group of 20! Rooms were clean and comfortable. Bathrooms had plenty of towels and a small selection of shampoo/conditioner. Kitchen was stocked with pots and pans, towels, handsoap and cleaning soaps. We enjoyed the indoor pool with all the kiddos. The double decks were comfortable.

Why they chose this property

The Lakeview Hangout is in the Crowne View Estates of Branson. The location could not be more perfect. You are only 4-5 minutes away from access to Table Rock Lake and only minutes away from Silver Dollar City. The park entrance is just over a mile away! The view of Table Rock from the two back decks is outstanding. Just soak it in and relax...:) The Hangout itself is stunning and my husband and I are thrilled that we're able to share it with so many people who are coming into the area to create great memories!

What makes this property unique

The Lakeview Hangout is spacious. You and your crew will not feel like you're on top of each other. The outdoor areas are spectacular. You get to enjoy Table Rock Lake while outside hanging out and watching TV or eating from the grill or chilling in the hot tub or gaming in one of the pit areas. The Hangout has a great old-school arcade with 400+ games and a foosball table. The upstairs also has a poker table and plenty of board games available for you to play! Six of the 8 bedrooms have their own full bathroom. The finishings and appliances are all top-of-the-line and new.
