Wake up to breathtaking views of the Atlantic ocean in this beautiful studio condo. Condo offers two queen beds, a kitchenette, a private STEP OUT balcony, an exceptional bathroom with a tub/shower combo. This condo is privately owned and located on the 10th floor of the Daytona Beach Resort and Conference Center.

Parking : Resort allows one car per condo.
Parking pass is located inside the condo and must be returned to condo at end of stay.

If you are traveling with more than one vehicle, there is a paid parking garage about a mile and a half South of the property.
