Beautiful 5 Bedroom Ranch Nestled in the Trees at Lauderdale Lakes, WI.

This sprawling ranch is set on a tree-lined lot and is one block from the lake. Outside, enjoy lounging on the shady front porch or on the sun-drenched back patio. The patio also includes an extra-large gas grill. A huge, stone firepit awaits evening bonfires and roasting smores. Inside the home, the main floor provides 3 bedrooms with queen-sized beds, a full bath, a half bath, and hardwood floors. The large, open kitchen and dining area are perfect for entertaining. A farm-style dining room table and huge island provide plenty of seating for a large family. The rest of the first floor consists of a big living room, game room, and huge family room complete with a 75-inch TV and seating for 14+.
The basement floor consists of 2 full bedrooms. One bedroom has two full-size beds and the other has a queen bed. A full bath, a laundry room, and a rec room complete the basement floor.
Rent a boat for the day at the Boathouse Marina or launch your own boat and enjoy all the amenities that the lake has to offer, Dock your boat at The Lauderdale Landing Grill and grab lunch or enjoy dinner and the sunset on their patio. Enjoy hiking, biking, or cross-country skiing at nearby Kettle Moraine State Park. Polish up your golf game at any one of the 3 nearby golf courses. Also, Alpine Valley Resort is less than 15 minutes away for Winter skiing or a Summer concert. Lake Geneva is just 15 minutes away and Milwaukee is just a 30-minute drive.

Wonderful weekend as a family!

Beautiful home and property! Spacious layout! Property was inviting, comfortable, and gave us a relaxing weekend as a family. Comfy beds, well-appointed kitchen, great grilling, game table, fun fire pit, and a nearby marina where we rented a boat for the day. Would definitely come back!

Beautiful and fully loaded home in a quiet and relaxing area

This place was perfect for our family of 9. We could have easily had more stay with us and been comfortable. Very clean. Fully loaded. Comfortable beds and pillows. Kitchen and game rooms were our favorite areas to hang out. Beautiful place and area!

Had a great time . Loved staying there. Incredibly stocked for ever need. All of us truly appreciated the high quality and abundance of towels, beach towels, the kitchen. Even extra toothbrush and first aid. We used!!! Wood for fire pit and wonderful instruction notebook. Surpassed expectations!!! Thank you to owners.
