Horse Country Peace and Quiet


Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Both bedrooms have a TV and dedicated workspace for remote workers. The kitchen is stocked with all the comforts of home. Coffee maker, kettle, microwave and toaster. Large shower with fast hot water, no bath. Large screened in back porch with patio furniture and Grille overlooking scenic pastures and fields. Off road parking and carport. Close to 75, 15 minutes to Downtown and 30 minutes to Gainesville. WEC is 5 minutes down the road.

Light and airy with 2 big bedrooms. Open up the French doors to bring the outside feel in.

The whole house and carport

Only pets allowed are non aggressive dogs that are house trained. Service dogs are not allowed to be left at the house on their own. Please pick up after your dog if you are bringing one, and 2 dog max. Always add the dog at booking.
Please be mindful about a/c on and doors open, and there is not a dishwasher.

NOT a real fireplace but electric, you can use the remote on the mantle.

Very clean and up to date. Was a convenient 8 minutes from WEC with all the amenties of home. Fenced in back yard was perfect for my small jack russell as well. Warren was a great host and quick to help resolve any problems.
