My husband and I got married Friday, so this was the perfect honeymoon. I enjoyed the private and the atmosphere. We didn’t get a chance to fish but we did ride by the pond and it was beautiful. Shopping is in close range. The home was clean and comfortable, perfect for our stay. We would recommend to anyone.

Chuck couldn’t have been a better host. The home was incredibly furnished and felt like home from the moment we arrived. The large yard was great to sit outside and enjoy the cool evenings. Thank you Chuck!

Yes, you get the whole place, (except for one locked room) which I think is a great value. This is a newer modern home and I loved the place. Everything worked perfectly. I brought my dog with me and he loved the completely fenced yard. He also loved his walks in the park and in the neighborhood. This is an up and coming neighborhood. It’s right in between country and suburbia so you kinda get the best of both worlds. I really enjoyed that. There’s no “corner store” that I saw but in about 10 minutes you’re on the 200 in Ocala with all kinds of restaurants businesses and services. And if you go 10 minutes the other way you are in a more laid back Dunnellon. So again. Loved the location. If there’s a gripe it’s there aren’t any night stands by the beds or living room table. But we improvised using a table under the dining room table for a living room (tv watching”) table and flipped over the drawers under the beds for night stands. Not a big deal really. Chuck is a great host and made everything soooooo easy. He always responded very quickly and is a very nice guy which I appreciated in this day and age. So, thanks again Chuck for being a great host and for our wonderful stay. Well, if I were 30, I’d be looking to buy around here. The house was well built, new, and everything works. It’s just a great place, great value and a great host

Minimalistic

New home, comfortable beds, counter seating only, no table and chairs for dining. No end or coffee tables, no night stands or dressers. Window coverings are black room darkening pleated shades with clips that don’t work very well. Hopefully, this is a work in progress. Owner is very responsive. Location is far from any conveniences and street is not paved, but there are neighboring houses on the block. House is equipped with the essentials and very clean. Smart TV’s in living room and master bedroom.
