Beautiful property to walk around and enjoy nature. The loft was very clean and taken care of. Out of the bustle of Jim Thorpe, but still close enough (just under a half hour) to go and spend the day. The train tracks right in front was a unique experience! Thank you so much!
Thank you for your feedback. We enjoyed hosting you.

Why they chose this property
Our private village is the essence of seclusion and nature = pure heaven. When you cross the bridge and enter thru our private gate you are surrounded by the village's ten acres of hiking and walking trails that leads you then to over 3,400 acres of PA State Game Lands (known as the Wildcat Mountain). If that wasn't enough, the Little Schuylkill River runs through our entire property with beautiful walk paths that lead you right down into it.
What makes this property unique
So many things make this property unique: our river, the Wildcat Mountain, the fact that we are designated as an Anthracite Cultural Landmark, and we have our very own "whistle stop" of the Reading Northern Railroad (aka Houser's Crossing). We offer yoga classes in our lighted grove, on site massages, and boast our very own "Magical Meditation Fern Garden" surrounded by the most beautiful stone wall. You will get lost in our beauty and serenity during your stay.
