All bathrooms are stocked with travel-sized soap, shampoo, conditioner, and plush towels. Please remember to stop at the supermarket to buy any other supplies you may need for your stay.

Cozy up to the kitchen island (seating four), eat as a group at the formal dining table (seating six), or enjoy alfresco dining at the outdoor table (seating four). With enough space to seat 14 people across all the sitting areas, our home is perfect for creating unforgettable memories while enjoying a meal together.

Step outside onto the private patio and enjoy the lush surroundings. The waterfront patio is the perfect place to hang out after a long day at the parks. This cozy area features direct access to the bay and sun loungers for everyone to enjoy.
You’re welcome to use the grill anytime during your stay at no additional cost! We operate on an honor system, so if the propane tank runs out, we kindly ask that you replace it for the next guests. After using the grill, please clean it thoroughly and empty the grease trap.
If you’d prefer not to clean it yourself, just let us know and our team can handle it for a $50 cleaning fee. Please note, if the grill is left uncleaned after use, the same $50 cleaning fee will apply.

Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.
FOOD: As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out, and no supply of items such as condiments will be provided prior to check-in.
Check-in is at 4:00 pm and check-out is at 10:00 am. We do offer either early check-in or late check-out, or both! However, please note this option is only available if we don't have same-day check-in as we require enough time between reservations to clean the home to our professional standards. Please send the requests well in advance so that we can coordinate in advance with our cleaning crew.
