Ground Floor: Rec Room with fooseball table.

First Floor: Bedroom#1-#3 are located on this floor, each with their own queen bed, dresser, smart TV, and deck access. Bedroom #1 and #2 shares a full bath. Bedroom #4 has two Twin/queen Bunk sets, dresser, and smart TV. Bedroom #3 and #4 share a full bath. Laundry Room is also located on this floor.

Second Floor: Master Bedroom #5 is located on this floor with a king bed, dresser, private bathroom & deck access. The kitchen and dining room are located on this floor with deck access, smart TV's, couches, and chairs.

Amenities Include: High-speed Wireless Internet, 5 Smart TVs, Roku streaming Accessability, Private pool, Private Hot Tub, Private Elevator, Private Beach Walkway, Enclosed Yard, Covered Deck, Outdoor Deck, Observation Deck, Deck Furniture, Garages, Whirlpool tub/Jacuzzii, Ceiling Fans, Gas Grill, Charcoal Grill, Enclosed Hot/Cold Shower, Interior Washer/Dryer, Fully Equipped Kitchen with two coffee makers, Keurig coffee maker, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, Game Room with fooseball table, Pool table, trailer parking & additional parking available upon request.

Fireplace is NOT for guest use.

Linens and Towels Provided with Beds Made (weekly stays only).

No Smoking. DOGS ALLOWED with our All-Inclusive Pet Program (Weekly and Nightly Rentals Only; Monthly Rentals Not Included); No pet fee for 2 Dogs Max. It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.

Rents Weekly from Saturday to Saturday. Rents Nightly with a 2 night minimum (Last Minute and Off season Only).

Please Note: Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.

Great beach stay

The location of this property is perfect. We woke up to beautiful ocean views every morning. The main living area and master suite on the third floor is a nice setup. The fenced in yard with gated beach acces was great for our dogs as well as morning fishing. Highly recommend.

Beautiful home

Beautiful home in the perfect location right on the beach with amazing views. Minutes from every activity. The house has everything you would need. We would definitely stay here again!

As mentioned to Bluewater rentals in my review back to them. The house was nice and served its purpose for us for hosting Thanksgiving with the family, but some areas really missed the mark for the price we paid. The second floor was very musty and had a cigarette smell. The blankets also smelled moldy and damp. The house was kind of clean but the floors had crumbs and dirt on them and the kitchen counters had not been cleaned and were full of crumbs as well as dishes having been put away dirty. The second floor deck looked like someone had been using it as there were beer bottles on it when we arrived. We also brought our dogs but the doors outside all had alarms on them (which I get for safety) but every time we had to take the dogs in and out the alarm was blaring so it made enjoying the yard impossible and we ended up just going out front with the dogs instead. Overall the house was ok but big enough for everyone to be comfortable and enjoy time with family.
