Sleeps over 15….House was built in 1925 and is located just of Krome Avenue in Homestead historical district. There’s much to do in the area and most major attractions are just minutes away from the house. Located seconds from Krome Avenue, which merge with the main road that leads to the Florida Keys.

The house is comprised of the most unique elements which is quite noticeable.
The dining, living, and the outdoor areas are conducive to relaxation, while spending time with friends and loved ones. There’s also a piano for intimate worship time alone, serenading your love, or caroling during the Christmas Holiday seasons.

We enjoyed our stay here so much! Our host took care of everything and the location was perfect to explore the Everglades. The outside amenities really make this a special place - perfect for our large group - giving everyone space to relax.

The house and property are absolutely beautiful! We were a large group traveling for a wedding, and this location was ideal for us, but the real gem was the owner, Madgreen, who was incredibly sweet and accommodating. I would love to stay at this property again for an extended time, the house was very comfortable and well equipped. We highly recommend staying at this lovely home.

Charming Miami Home

The property is beautiful and well kept! Gorgeous landscaping and beautiful outdoor space. The inside is so cute and fun. You can tell someone took the time to personally decorate the space. The owner of this VRBO is so kind and made sure we had every amenity we needed. I would highly recommend this property.

Great property for our extended family of 11 to easily get to our day trip destinations of the Florida Keys and the Everglades. Everything you need is supplied including a HOT hot tub!

Perfect Place

We held our church youth girl's camp at this location. It was safe, peaceful, and veey accommodating. The location was perfect for a quick snorekl trip in Key Largo and also located so close to some beautiful gardens. Very peaceful and lots to do!

Family wedding gathering

The property was perfect to host family from all over to attend the wedding of a family member. The large kitchen table was wonderful for our morning breakfast where we could all gather. The back area was perfect for family yoga!

Wonderful stay for family

We loved this home. Comfortable for our extended family of 12, plenty of space, and perfect location to do Miami Beach one day, Biscayne National Park one day, and Everglades one day. All within an easy drive from the home. Grocery store less than a mile away, good restaurants, just a great home. Well cared for, the communication was awesome. Highly recommend.

What a sweet home and incredibly well stocked.

Felt like Home

This property was amazing to stay in. It had all the amenities and coziness to feel like home. There was ample space for everyone and we enjoyed cooking in the kitchen, hanging in the living room and making use of the outdoor space. The outdoor space could use more site lighting. The neighborhood was quite but located near shops and grocery stores. This was the perfect stay for our family get-together over the holidays.

Family vacation to Biscayne Bay

The house is a beautiful old home with plenty of room to spread out. The backyard is spacious with a hot tub and lots of seating. The best part of this stay was our hosts. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and were promptly responsive to all communication. Thank you for everything!!

Large family dinners indoors or out!

We would like to stay at this home in the future. Did not get to enjoy the outdoor areas. We were in the area for a wedding, so we were not at property for too long. It was very comfortable to sleep and relax. Was spacious for our family of 10 adults. It was wonderful that 3 bedrooms and full bath were on the first level. Thank you for the stay!

Very comfy!

The house was great, clean and spacious. There were seven of us and it still felt huge, more than enough room. The property was beautiful with nice touches. The hot tub area was great and private. The host was very gracious and generous with how the house was stocked. The washer and dryer were up to date and wonderful. Would definitely recommend to those needing space for a larger group and not a huge list of check out requirements.

Home sweet home away from home

What a beautiful, amazing home. It’s a quaint, charming cottage yet huge enough for a large family & more to stay. It’s a storybook home come to life. The host is the most beautiful and lovely person you will meet. She’s quick to make sure you’re at home with everything you need. The historic house has its beauty and charm and you feel you are in a whimsical fairytale. Everything is clean, huge fenced backyard with lights and whirlpool. There are picnic tables and grill to eat outside yet inside there’s an amazing, huge dining table to enjoy. The beds are the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in! Thank you Madge. You are the best host ever !!! ♥️🌸🌼

Great house/property, very disappointing neighborhood

Loved the house and property. We had everything we needed, plenty of towels, water bottles in the fridge, coffee and creamer available. Very well maintained and just what we needed except for the only negative which was the surrounding neighborhood. I feel like we were misled. There was trash laying around the neighborhood, in a run down area and there was loud base music playing all day long and a rooster crowing at all hours. I wouldn't have felt safe going for a walk or run alone in the morning. We just wanted to stay inside the house. On the other hand, the people taking care of the property were gems, so very friendly and helpful. I feel like if this was in a better location I would have given it a very high rating.

Cute and comfortable home. Plenty of room to relax when we were not exploring Miami, Homestead and the Keys. It was a great central location for our first time visit to the area. The front porch is a welcoming area to enjoy morning coffee. The backyard had ample seating, an amazing hot tub and beautiful trees and plants.

As advertised

Lots of room and beds. Kitchen was fairly well stocked. We did have to go out and buy some laundry detergent pods but other than that, the house had many amenities and small items to use. Hot tub was working well. Host was extremely kind and helpful when we thought we locked ourselves out of a room. Also checkout was the smoothest and quickest we’ve ever had - just no food in the sink and taking the trash cans out on trash days. Made getting out early the next morning a breeze.

Would stay again!!

We would definitely stay again! Property owners were very helpful and the house was roomy with many needed items provided which we have had to purchase at other places. Location was across the street from a church and school. Driving distance to many local attractions. Thanks again for a wonderful stay!!
