Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located luxurious place. Conveniently located in the Texas Medical Center! Walking distance to NRG, less than 10 minutes from Medical Center, Galleria, Hermann Park, Museum District and Downtown. First Floor: Queen bedroom and 2-car garage. Second Floor: Kitchen, dining/living room, balcony. Third Floor: King and Full bedrooms, laundry. Fourth Floor: Rooftop terrace with fantastic view of the City. Each bedroom is completed by a closet and en-suite full bathroom. Guests have access to the entire house . The garage can fit up to 2 cars, and the driveway ramp can be used to park a third car sideways. There is additional guest parking behind the house but please only park on the concrete and graveled area. Please do not block the driveways of the neighbors. Guests are also allowed to park on Engelmohr St.

Amazing location

We came into town for an event @NRG we loved staying at this home. It was beautiful, comfortable and met all our needs. Quiet area very close to restaurants, shopping and several grocery stores. I’ll definitely be keeping this property on my return list for Houston

Ideal Location-Not Great Experience

The location of this property is ideal if you are attending an event at NRG Stadium, which we were. Very close-actually walkable. The problem with our stay was we arrived late at night, tired and ready for showers and sleep. There were only 4 towels despite 5 people on the reservation and, worst of all, dirty sheets in the master bedroom, complete with other people's hair on them. We didn't bother to check the other beds because we were so tired and disgusted. Everyone just slept on top of the comforters using blankets we had with us. Less important but still not great was a blue TV screen in the living room and all but one vanity lightbulb out in the master bathroom. The rooftop patio was great, views of the med center, but the broken barstool sitting on the roof definitely took away from that experience.

Centrally located but needs sime upgrades

I stayed at this property recently because of its great location, within walking distance of NRG Stadium, which was a major plus for event-goers. However, while the location was ideal, the property itself had several issues that were disappointing. There is noticeable wear and tear throughout the home, and it could really benefit from fresh paint in several rooms. The biggest letdown was the master bedroom—the mattress was in terrible condition, dirty, and uncomfortable. They tried to cover it with a plastic mattress topper, but it felt like sleeping on a shower curtain. The living room TV was also in bad shape, with distorted colors making it almost impossible to enjoy. The kitchen had minimal supplies, with only one fork available for use, and the coffee mugs didn’t even match, despite the property being advertised as "luxury." To add to the frustration, the listing promised a hot tub/whirlpool spa, but there was none on the property, which was a major letdown and misrepresentation. While the location was great, the overall condition of the property and the misleading amenities really detracted from the experience.
