House is easy to locate, very clean and spacious. Having use of the garage was one of the reasons we chose this property. Another reason we chose the property was the location close to Rice and MD Anderson. Sunny made check in and check out very easy. He responded to all questions very quickly. Beds are very comfortable and plenty of towels are provided. If we need to be in Houston again for more than two nights, we will stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The host communication was exceptional. We really appreciated all of the extra amenities provided. They truly went above and beyond. The neighborhood is nice and safe and close to the rodeo grounds. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Big Home

Sunny’s house was so amazing and big for the large group that I was with. He was very responsive to any questions I had and the neighborhood was great and we were able to access the garage to park our rental in it, which made us feel even more secure, being from out of town. Definitely would stay here again x10!

Our young family enjoyed this house while our elementary school kids attended camp at Rice University for the week. It was a great location, easy to access other parts of Houston. Our favorite feature of the house were all the books! We read several during our stay. The garage parking and washer/dryer were helpful during our stay also. And the property manager was extremely responsive when we had questions. Overall great stay!

Centrally located and amazing host!

Loved how we walked in and everything was already set for us. Sunny did a great job on hospitality and had wonderful baskets and snacks for us! Better than most of the STR’s we’ve been to! His communications were always responsive and within a timely manner. The place was clean and had ample room for everyone that stayed with us comfortably. Will definitely recommend and stay again if the future presents another opportunity to do so!

Didn’t Want To Leave

First let me acknowledge Sunny; he was the BEST host ever! He was quick and responsive to every question/issue we had. Secondly, the bidets were a welcome surprise! We love ours at home and rarely come across them on vacation. The home was lovely and well stocked. I know my kids enjoyed the pantry and coffee bar AND toiletry baskets! Everything was well thought out and the game bookcase was a hit, especially since there is ONE tv in the whole house! You won’t even miss them in the bedrooms. We didn’t! The location is nice and not far from shopping and bars and eateries. Hands down Top 5 vacation home we stayed in. We were three generations ages 3-50, and it was 9 of us. We will definitely be back; gotta finish our Monopoly game!
