About this property

Situated on a private lake with direct access to Lake Whatmore, our property has sprawling views of the water where you can enjoy a morning coffee or cup of hot chocolate. Only a short drive from the city, you will find a fully renovated and luxurious accommodation that was completely renovated only a few years ago. Cook a meal in our chefs kitchen and enjoy it in the formal dining room, or eat in kitchen overlooking the lake. Cozy up in the family room and make a fire, or take a dip in the heated pool to cool off from some kayaking! You can also enjoy some great grilling and eat your dinner or lunch on the enclosed patio, which opens up directly from the living room and which has its on AC. The patio is also the perfect place to enjoy a cocktail or coffee while you overlook the water. You will find plenty of space for your family to spread out and relax, and plenty of restaurants nearby. We look forward to having you!

Dirty and neglected property

Dirty inside and exterior/lawn overgrown/neglected. No running water at check in. Contractors came and repaired hot water heater - left at 11:30pm. Came back on day 2 where water was off and on. All exterior grills filthy/unusable as well as pool furniture - Propery Mgr. responsive to get cleaners - were there all day on day 2 (so unusable). Leftover food left in oven (not cleaned). Coffee pot had coffee grinds and thoroughly moldy - Property Mgr. did get a Mr. Coffee to us. Garage full of trash and personal items. Clothing iron no usable and full of rust (had to go buy an iron for dress clothes last minute as we were in the area for a wedding). Sheets in one of the bedrooms unclean. While Property Mgr. was responsive and apologetic - the cleaning/maintenance services used were clearly substandard. This is our first and likely last VRBO. We can provide pictures/documentation to support comments.
