The Serendipity Suite: Desk, EV, Walk Downtown

The Serendipity Suite is located on the first floor of the house and is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment that can accommodate up to 4 guests. Note: this is a multi-unit building, not a single family home. There are 4 other beautifully renovated Airbnb units here. Please keep in mind, we do not have full time staff on site. All guests will be asked to respect the space and be courteous of others by adhering to quiet hours from 10pm-7am.

LIVING ROOM: queen sleeper sofa, rolling smart TV, accent chair, dining space for 2

KITCHEN: stove, fridge, sink, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig

DECK: private back deck located with a bistro dining set for 2

BEDROOM: queen bed, nightstands with bedside lamps, dresser, vanity with mirror

BATHROOM: Single vanity, toilet, tub/shower combo, toiletries provided (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap and lotion)

SHARED AMENITIES: EV charger, laundry room with washer and dryer

Other things to note:
- For the safety of our guests and staff, the property has two Ring security cameras capturing live video and audio of the front door entrance and the back parking area.
- While this suite is located on the first floor of the house, guests must go up a couple of steps to access the front porch.
- Each guest is provided with 1 parking pass that gives them access to park on the street. Note that parking directly in front of the house is not reserved and you may find that you need to park a few houses farther down. We also have a small parking lot behind the house with very limited spaces. Lost parking passes will result in a 50 USD fine.
- This is NOT a pet-friendly accommodation. Violations subject to fines.

It was the perfect place for a retreat weekend in Staunton

I love the decor and the peacefulness of the place. Everything was perfect. I have stayed here a number of times over the past few years, and this may have been the best stay yet. The bed was comfortable and I like the new linens. I cooked in the kitchen and had everything I needed. I love sitting on the back porch. I am so glad the Serendipity Suite is here! And the location in Staunton is ideal for me. I walked everywhere I needed to go.

This was a very nice and very clean accomodation with efficient mangagment.

This was a nice place to stay and conveniently located to the activies we had planned for our stay in Staunton. We would stay here again. My only suggestion would be to add two reading lamps in the living room and a chest of drawers somewhere.

This room was perfect for a ladies weekend. It had everything we needed plus an outside porch with rockers only for us. Parking was easy out back or the street. Loved the location. We walked everywhere to the historic district. Jamie was amazing. She got back to us so quickly with any question big or small. Would highly recommend.

Amazing!

Perfect for our long weekend getaway! Great location close to charming, downtown Staunton. Enjoyed both front (public) and back (private) porches and fun, interesting decor in the unit. Clean, well-equipped kitchen and comfortable, modern furnishings throughout. It was very hot during our visit, and the excellent A/C provided a welcome break when needed. Highly recommended and will definitely stay here next time we are in Staunton.

Serendipity suite was splendid!

This one bedroom, one bath suite was perfect for a getaway in Staunton. Everything was so well done. The kitchen had everything you could want for coffee and for cooking. The internet, and TV options worked perfectly. The entrance codes made it easily accessible yet very secure. An all around lovely place with a great town, great restaurants, and beautiful hiking in the area.

The apartment was very clean and well equipped in the kitchen and bathroom. The bedroom had an extra blanket, the ceiling fan was quiet (!) and the bed very comfortable. There were a few coffee k cups, tea, half and half and a few snacks so we felt right at home. The building is well maintained and we enjoyed a glass of wine on the front porch. Many good restaurants are within walking distance and we wish we could have tried more of them. We recommend this apartment very highly!

Pure delight that exceeded my expectations!

The pictures told me that The Serendipity Suite was going to be gorgeous, but I was amazed that it was even lovelier in real life. The attention to detail was impeccable - I even wanted to hire whomever decorated to come decorate my home. Getting in and out was super simple. The location was so perfect - a 2 minute walk to town. Communication was quick and delightful. I can't wait to come back.
