The Beach Pad - Pointe West Resort

Enjoy this peaceful 2 bedroom/2 bath third floor condo with the BEST bay view in Galveston. Fish in the bay or off the pier, enjoy both the sunset pool with a lazy river or the beach club pool, restaurant, and bar. Fish, swim, search for seashells, or enjoy your favorite beverage on the updated balcony with a VIEW! The property has all of the amenities you will need for a relaxing, fun getaway!

Please. note: The Beach Pad is part of the Point West Beach Club Resort community. All amenities can be accessed with the purchase of a wristband (cost $25). Owners and VRBO guests alike must purchase and wear a wristband to enter pools, basketball court, restaurant, beach club, etc. Pointe West is a privately owned resort and does not allow the public to access the resort amenities.

When booking The Beach Pad, or any property at Pointe West, a wrist band must be purchased to access the beach club and pools.

Fishing pier, bridged to the beach, kayaking, firepit and grills are included in your VRBO rental.

Perfect Staycation

This property was perfect for a short getaway with friends. View of bay was gorgeous and serene. Beach is across the street so not within walking distance (which was fine for us). Highly recommend.

Great bay view!

Host was responsive and son loved staying close to fishing pier and promo spot to catch crabs in the bay every night. Great rate too!

This property is a gem, very well taken care of and loved. You can tell the owner hand selects items and thinks of every detail. We appreciated those thoughtful details. It was raining one day, and an umbrella was hanging to use. Little things like that made it feel like home. We also appreciated how clean and well kept the property was. The sunset views were beautiful.

Best Galveston Trip!

This condo has it ALL! We loved the area. It’s about 20 min from town. Love the peace and quiet. The condo is spacious, clean and well stocked. Beds are super comfy and everything was PERFECT! The “community” is nice. The amenities are well kept and secure. Beautiful bay views from the balcony. Very family friendly!

Peaceful

The property was super nice, and the condo was so beautiful. It had everything you could need for a vacation. The view from the balcony was amazing and very relaxing. They had all the necessary items in the kitchen, and the rooms were nice and comfortable. But I will say that there needs to be better communication about the property. We were unaware that in order to access the beach club, the gym, and pools, you had to pay $25 per person. We also didn't know that to access these amenities, you had to drive a quarter mile away from the condo. The owner, Sheri, was super nice and was always willing to return messages. But I feel the communication and the condo listing need to be improved. There needs to be more detailed information.
