Captiva by the Sea of Inlet Beach aka Rosemary Beach Florida

Forget your worries in this serene, pet accepting space for a comfortable, pampering and gorgeous beach paradise getaway that you will want to repeat year after year with your family and pets.

Pets: We will accept cats and dogs and almost any domesticated pet with prior approval and damage prevention plans in place. Probably no farm animals, lol! We, the owners have multiple cats and dogs that periodically vacation with us at this house, so we do not discriminate. We apologize in advance that this property is not suitable for severe pet allergy sufferers as we anticipate a high pet utilization of the home.

Accessibility: Three story house with stairs to each floor, however, there is a private elevator for all 3 stories of house. There are 5 steps on front porch and at least the same on the rear porch but not included in elevator service. Stepless shower available in master bath only.

Kitchen & Laundry: Fully equipped kitchen includes a 5 burner gas stove with hood, KitchenAid mixer, Keurig (descaled), Convection Oven, Rotisserie Convection Toaster Oven, Rice Maker, Food Processor and even some french Mauviel cookware pieces. We provide a pizza pan, pizza peel and pizza stone. Refrigerator has 2 ice makers, including an awesome large ice ball maker in the freezer drawer! Kitchen sink has a reverse osmosis water filtration system to extra purify any water used for coffee or cooking. Additionally the house has a whole house water filtration system installed and a whole house generator that turns on automatically if there is ever a power outage. An extra mini fridge for beverages is in the laundry room. Oversized washer and dryer.

Bathrooms: The luxury master bathroom will give you a spa experience with a color changing electric linear fireplace, soaking tub and overhead color lit rainfall shower with several water immersion settings and handheld wand. The shower includes backlit storage cutouts. The master bath also provides an illuminated ceiling fan bluetooth speaker system that you can connect to your cellphone to experience music of your choice during your bath time. 3 of the bathrooms are equipped with Japanese TOTO Bidet tiolets with remote controls. For those who are anxious about that, use of the bidet feature is completely optional. Bidet sprayers will not operate unless manually turned on with the adjacent remote. Bidets offer heated water with dampened pressure sprayers, adjustable spray position and width settings and heated air dryer feature.

Outside Amenities: Outdoor decking on all 3 floors include various features such as: 2 porch swings, seating, a Webber gas grill and gaslit fire table for socializing at night. Fully fenced yard for your pets to safely use. Outdoor hoses available to spray off beach sand in front and back of house. 2 to 3 beach chairs and 1 umbrella set provided. Many beach towels are provided at the house! Walk, bike, golf cart or drive to the beach less than a mile away. Huge community pool (seasonal availability) with a fountain, a dock with fishing access and a lake view are all part of the amenities. A sandy nature trail with incredible views of Lake Powell that also reaches to the Gulf Beaches of Helen State Park, is accessible from Grande Pointe Boulevard (small park fees). Standup paddleboard and kayak rentals are available at Helen State park.

Nearby Stuff: Easy access to both the shopping areas of 30A in Rosemary Beach and 30 Avenue in Inlet Beach, including the famed Donut Hole restaurant for the best donuts and cakes in the area. A very good Urgent Care facility, gift shop, breakfast cafe and sushi restaurant are walking distance from the house. Golf carts and bicycle rentals are available to rent throughout the area and can be delivered right to your rental property by outside companies. Bike riding in and around Inlet beach is very scenic along the coastline and is a very popular activity all over Rosemary Beach. Saturdays Rosemary Beach has a huge farmers market in the main town square from morning to around 12 noon. Sunsets in Inlet beach are second to none, with the sky expanding widely into multiple shades of red, orange, pink and gold well after the sun has actually set until nothing but the moonlit night remains. At night, tiki torch lit beach bonfires are available for a reasonable price from outside vendors and can be a great group activity for your vacation!

The Beach: Inlet Beach adjoins Rosemary Beach and there are multiple access points. The closest to this Captiva House is the one walking distance away down Walton Lakeshore Drive across Hwy 98; however there are no bathrooms and parking is limited. Just a few more blocks away is the Inlet Beach access down Orange street with multiple parking options for golf carts and cars. Orange street access has multiple boardwalks over the dunes to the beach, occasionally manned lifeguard stands, sand wash-off stations and bathrooms. The beach at Orange street has an artificial reef 80 yards off shore where people go to snorkel in 12 to 18 ft of water. Street parkers will get ticketed, fined and/or towed so be warned.
