Home was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. We were pleasantly surprised by the king bed in the master bedroom (I remember the listing noted a queen) and the full bathroom was luxurious. The towel warmer was such a nice touch! The half bath was very small, but as a family of 4, we were glad to have the extra bathroom to use. Kitchen was nicely supplied with necessary items and was also clean and in great condition. We did not use any of the Territory amenities, so can’t comment on that. Neighbors we interacted with were friendly and area was well cared for. We had a wonderful time and would return.

Family vacation

Great place to rent.. cozy little cottage was the perfect size for the 5 of us. Access to the owner's club with swimming pool was a huge hit with our youngest. Lovrd that we were not right downtown but still close to everything.. Would definitely come back.

we found the home to be cute, however a big part of the reason we decided to rent a house was because of the back porch. We were hoping to be able to grill and sit out there and eat. There was no patio furniture so we were unable to use it and hang out there which was very disappointing. All the other properties seem to have patio furniture except ours.

Thank you for your comments. I wish you would have called us. We could've gotten the furniture out for you. With all the snow and rain we had just gotten we didn't take it out yet but there is patio furniture for this unit.

Wonderful Girls Weekend

The home was clean and had everything we needed. There were plenty of towels and kitchen had everything we needed. There was a lot to do in the area and in the Territory. The arrival and departure were easy. The gas grill did not have any propane.
