Close to all LA attractions. Very central located-15 minutes will take you to Hollywood, beaches, Beverly Hills, Westwood, UCLA, Downtown, Santa Monica and 5 minutes to Culver City. This guest house has recently been lovingly renovated and has all new, comfortable, high-quality, decorator furishings. The room has gorgeous hardwood furniture and hardwood floor. The one bedroom features a new comfort mattress. It is spacious and very clean. Light and bright. Outside has a deck.
Also one parking space available. This guest house is centrally located in a quiet residential neighborhood - in the heart of
Los Angeles - quick and easy freeway access. Near it all!!! Approximately 20 minutes to LAX. It has high speed wifi and 38' smart flat television. It can comfortably sleep 3 with a queen-size bed in the bedroom and a large 'L' sofa bed in the living room .

The epicenter of all great LA tourist sites!

Love the little apartment. I didn’t use any public transportation so I have no idea how buses and train work around the apartment. I just used UBER! but if you rent a car, the apartment has a parking lot! First time in LA, so I was very happy to find this great deal . The owner was great all the time. If I got to come back to LA, for sure I’ll rest this property again. Highly recommended.

Great place!

We stayed 2 nights and the place was great. Very cute and cozy. Felt safe and great location. There were 3 of us and I slept on the living room pull out couch. It wasn’t the most comfortable, but it was fine for a couple of nights. First time to LA. Uber was quick and easy.

Lovely. We loved the place, the neighborhood, the outside decks, full granite top kitchen, newly remodeled bath, the yard, parking spot at front of cottage, the price, the local Spanish Supermarket two blocks away, and everything else about this place. Loved our stay!

Had a quick weekend girls trip with my mom & sister. We fit comfortably & the location was close to everything we wanted to do. It's such a cute place to stay & we were beyond happy with Rudy & his communication. We drove in pretty late & he had no issues accommodating us. All I can say is that I will definitely be staying here again. Loved that there was a parking space for our car. You won't be disappointed.

We enjoyed our stay here. Well furnished with a comfortable bed, this place had everything one might expect, and it was very clean. The only negative was noise from two neighborhood dogs barking late at night.

My husband and I took our first trip to LA and staying at Rudy’s made things so easy. It is centrally located and easy to find. Everything was just as described in the posting. My wife and I decide to stay here every time we’re in LA. I don’t think there’s a better deal to be had in LA; this unit is close to everything, has a great kitchen, and is even walking distance to a grocery store! Plus Rudy is always super responsive and welcoming!
