Location: Burbank / Toluca Lake area. In the heart of Burbank Media Movie Studios neighborhood. Walk to Warner Brothers or Burbank Studios. Close to Hollywood, Universal Studios, St Joseph Hospital, Disney Studios, NBC, ABC, New York Film Academy, Whole Foods, and many restaurants. 3 miles from Burbank Airport. Great for traveling nurses!

Entire private cottage guesthouse. 300 sq. ft. but feels larger. CLEAN QUITE - SAFE & PRIVATE. Peaceful and quiet cottage with Kitchenette (no stove), kitchen table, window, and WALL AIR CONDITIONER/HEATER. With a private outdoor yard/patio.

Kitchenette: It has a full-size refrigerator, air fryer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, toaster oven, electric skillet, electric teapot, double hot plates, and fully stocked cabinets with real plates & utensils. (No stove or oven).

Outdoor Patio: Large enclosed and secure outdoor patio area with a garden and lots of lounging areas and tables under Bistro lights. Very safe for pets. There is an outdoor smoking area.

Bed: Queen real wood bed with a SERTA mattress and plenty of comfy pillows. Twin Serta futon bed/couch mattres (not recommended for tall people).

Bathroom: Art Deco black & white bathroom with shower. The bathroom is not large. The shower is a small walk-in. No bathtub. Toilet is not high,

Floors: Wall-to-wall TILE CERAMIC FLOORS! No carpets.

Neighborhood: Quiet SAFE street in the heart of the entertainment industry. You will feel safe walking in this neighborhood. Trees, mountains, and walking & hiking access. Close to the major movie studios. Bus and metro stations are close by.

PARKING PERMIT - The City of Burbank requires us to register all cars parked on the street, Monday - Friday, 8AM to 5PM. To do this we need your car license plate number and the state that issued it. You will feel safe parking your car on the street or in front of the house.

Pets: $100 one-time fee for one dog (max). Due to allergies, NO CATS are allowed.

NOTE: We do not recommend this location to those with wheelchairs or people with mobility issues.

TV: The 32" Flat Screen Cable TV has a Roku with AT&T cable. There are plenty of Direct TV streaming channels and apps for you to log into. We offer Netflix for you to use.

Wi-Fi: Your own private AT&T highest quality WiFi with Router and Ethernet.

Contact: We live in the main house. We're always available via cell phone for any questions or concerns. Door: Keypad lock.

Such a beautiful property! Great neighborhood, very quiet, yet close to so many LA attractions! Being dog friendly is important to us, and this property is perfect. Longs grassy walk across the street, and nice park for a longer walk close by. Owners were very accommodating for a couple of special requests. We will definitely stay again!

Gorgeous tree-lined street.

Although small, this quaint little place was great for our three-night stay. Patricia was very thorough and welcoming. The only issue was our little Frenchie was so used to doing her business on rocks in Vegas that she took offense to all the beautiful grass! It was a wonderful stay, we'll be back.

Perfect location and hospitality!

This is our second time staying here and it was just as perfect as the first time! The location is beautiful and set in a gorgeous neighborhood, right next to WB studios. Patricia is absolutely lovely and accommodating, and even took the time to introduce herself to our pups. I am so grateful for her space and kindness. We will definitely be back!

While this property is in the heart of the movie and recording studio business and very close to theme parks, it's a very QUIET home surrounded by trees and mountains. It's a very safe neighborhood and you'll feel comfortable walking at night and parking your car.

What makes this property unique

Close to everything. Lots of restaurants and attractions. Very quiet and safe. Movie studios, shops, restaurants, and WHOLE FOODS are within walking distance. In 10 minutes you can be over the hill to Hollywood & Highland and into Hollywood Boulevard. Within 30 - 40 minutes you can be at the Santa Monica Pier and Malibu beaches. A great place for actors working on film and T.V shows. Business travelers working in the entertainment industry are our most frequent guests. The guest house is quiet and equipped with everything a traveler will need. Your Hosts are always easy to reach via phone or text.
