This open concept beach bungalow sits close to the crashing waves of the pacific ocean and soft, sandy beaches of Newport Beach. Situated in the quite and adorable neighborhood of Newport Shores, the place is only a five minute walk to the beach.
Restaurants, coffee shops and convenience stores all walking distance from the house (5 minutes or less).
This single story gem has 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, an open concept living room where you can relax and enjoy yourself after a hard day at the beach. The living is nice and bright with multiple windows, high ceilings, large ceiling fan, and a beautiful fireplace where you can sit across from it and enjoy the day.
The living room opens up to the kitchen and dining area, and continues to the back desk area where you can chill on our cozy oversized chair, read a book, and take in the fresh breeze from the back patio.
The kitchen is super spacious, lots of counter space, with great working appliances. We have a great little wine fridge and the kitchen opens up to the whole house so you never feel separated from you party.
There is a dedicated work space if you need to check in with work, or also perfect as corporate housing while you spend time away from home.
The bedrooms are smaller but have plenty space to put your items away, they come equipped with large dressers, large nightstands, and closets. The master bedroom has an eastern King bed and the 2nd bedroom has a queen bed. The main bedroom bathroom has a double vanity sink, full tub, and both a shower head and separate hand held shower. The second bathroom has a single vanity sink but also has a full tub, and both a shower head and separate hand held shower
There is a small, but quaint back patio and also an adorable front patio with a fire pit.
There is no AC in this bungalow, we do have plenty of ceiling fans and portable fans to make you comfortable.
The place comes with 3 bikes, so you can ride down to the Newport Pier (15 Minute Bike Ride), Downtown Huntington Beach (32 Minutes), or the Balboa Fun Zone where you can catch the ferry to Balboa Island (30 Minutes)

Enjoy shopping locally at the Lido Village or grab an ice cream at the Lido Hotel and enjoy the sunsets on their beautiful roof top.
As in most beach towns, the homes are very close to each other (approx 6ft apart), so we do ask you to be courteous of our neighbors. This house is not set up for any kind of parties. We do live around the corner so we do check to make sure large parties are not taking place. In general the neighborhood is quite but you will hear cars go by or people walking by if the windows are open.
