Harborview Grande 701 Stunning Bay Views

Harborview Grande 701 enjoys the large floor plan of all the Harborview Grande condos. Immediately upon entering the door you will receive a sense of the square footage this vacation rental has to offer.

The full kitchen has marble countertops, new refigerator, stainless steel double sink, and a collection of convenient, time saving countertop appliances.

The large great room includes a spacious dining room area and a full living room furniture set, including a large flat screen TV. The living room ends at a floor to ceiling glass wall with sliding glass doors. Beyond is the patio and a stunning view of Clearwater Harbor with the city of Clearwater on the other side. To the north is a breathtaking view of the heart of Clearwater Beach and peak-a-boo vistas of the Gulf of Mexico.

The master bedroom is large, and enjoys its own harbor views with a floor to ceiling glass wall and sliding glass doors onto the balcony. The en suite master bathroom is connected to the bedroom by walking past the walk in closet. The master bathroom includes a separate lavatory room, two sink vanity, large tub, and separate stand up shower.

The unit is a three bedroom, with the two guest bedrooms at the front. They both have plenty of floor space and can sleep two people each on their queen size beds. A separate hall bathroom sits just outside the doors of the two bedrooms.

The in-unit washer and dryer is in a closet near the hall bathroom.

WiFi is available in the unit from the living room electronics.

HOUSE RULES and Special Requirements:
You must be 25 years of age to book any of our homes. The person booking the home must also be one of the occupants.
Saturday to Saturday booking only in the months of Feb, Mar, June, July and Aug. One week minimum stay.

Great location & property for family vacation

This was our first time to Clearwater Beach and we really loved this location. Close to the beach and walking distance to many restaurants and shops.Beautiful facility with nice units. Was very clean and spacious and had everything that you needed.

The condo is beautiful on the bay. Not much of a walk to beach area and we were able to go many places by just walking. We didn't have a beach wagon but the owners did and we got to pull out chairs and things to beach. We did get to see a Manatee and a baby as well as many dolphins behind the condo. Beautiful rainbow several times. Amazing vacation here due to the size of condo. It has plenty of room which made it homely. Very clean!!Thanks so much!

The condo is beautiful, spacious and very clean! Tons of room for a family of 4. Gorgeous view from the balcony. The only reason I'm not giving this 5 stars is the price, which of course I knew going into the trip! The thing that surprised me was that we were expected to buy our own toilet paper and garbage bags and other supplies! For that price I would not expect to have to make a run to grocery store to buy supplies for the condo. The paperwork left for us upon arrival stated that a small amount of supplies were provided, but that renters were expected to have to re-stock during the stay. What a pain to have to run out and buy garbage bags!

Stays at our rentals range from one week to several months. We give guests the supplies to get started on their stay but do not supply goods as would a hotel. Vacation rentals are designed to be a home away from home and are most often not a hotel-like experience. We are happy to hear these guests enjoyed the views and other features of the unit.

Great location

We loved staying in this condo. The listing was accurate, so i won't bother reiterating it. There are a few things i was unsure of when we booked but was pleasantly surprised by: The kitchen included all the plates/bowls/ utensils we needed, as well as pots/pans & even two coffee makers. Towels were provided, lots of them. We were expecting to have to buy some towels, but there were plenty provided and we were able to wash a needed with the washer/dryer in the unit. Access to the unit was simple. On the day we arrived, we received a code and instructions via text to the condo door keypad. Once we put in the initial code, we were able to enter our own code to access the condo. This was convenient since we spent a lot of time at the beach and didn't have to keep track of keys. Trash service in included. This is one thing we wondered about when booking. There's a trash shoot near the elevators to dumpsters below & trash bags were provided. Other benefits to this unit we did expect: It's only about a 7min walk to clearwater beach, which was great since we wanted to spend a lot of time there and didn't want to deal with parking. It is also only about a 12min walk to the marina with all the tour guides. The unit was also provided with a gated private parking space.

The property and Unit was clean and Beautifully decorated. There was plenty of furniture on the Balcony for all 5 of us. The unit had a cooler, beach chairs and beach toys! There was also a Cart to bring things to and from your car, All the comforts of home!!! We hope to stay again in October

Beautiful View

It's a very nice property located right on the Clearwater Beach Harbor at the southern end of Clearwater Beach. It was a very short walk, about 0.3 miles, to the actual beach. The view over the harbor was beautiful. Twice during the week, we were sitting on the balcony and saw dolphins swimming right below us in the harbor. It's great to have the off street, covered, secure parking. The unit doesn't require a key, it has a keypad for access, which can be easily customized to a code you can easily remember. One little glitch when arriving... the code we were given to access the parking and the elevators did not work. Luckily, other residents shared their code with us, which was fortunate because we arrived after hours and the rental office was closed.

Great family vacation

The unit was great. Very clean and very spacious. We really enjoyed the balcony with enough furniture for everyone. The view from the balcony is lovely, especially at night. Check in did require visiting the real estate office which is several blocks away, which I didn’t know until our arrival day. The pool is somewhat small, but it really wasn’t crowded ever. There are many restaurants within walking distance in both directions. We did find that the beach was very crowded (still able to stay 6 feet apart but still crowded). We found driving over the bridge on Gulf Blvd to the south to the beach at Sand Key Park to be well worth the effort. We would definitely stay in this unit again.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. Beautiful and spacious with amazing views of the Bay. We even got to see some dolphins on our last night! Only a 5 min walk to the beach, restaurants, ice cream and souvenir shops. The only feedback I would give is maybe to replace the shower curtain and shower head in the guest bath. And as far as cleanliness, it was very clean but maybe not “COVID clean“. Upon walking into the unit we could immediately smell the bleach used to clean which was reassuring however there were clearly lots of fingerprints and smudges all over the fridge which was a little concerning. But no harm no fowl. We had brought some Clorox wipes with us to make sure we did an extra once over on some things that can get overlooked such as drawer and cabinet knobs, tv remotes, etc. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful Views All Around!

Gorgeous, comfortable condo with large relaxing balcony overlooking a quiet harbor. The sunrises/sunsets were just breathtaking! From the front of the condo, there were more photo-worthy views. A short walk (.2 mile) brought access to the spectacular beach with its soft sugary sand. Pier 60 is located ~.8 mile away which made for a nice walk with a beautiful view every step along the way. If not your thing, parking is available and worth the price as there are many shops and restaurants in the surrounding area. So many great restaurants - perhaps several dozen or more - are within a few miles of the condo. Excellent location. We greatly enjoyed our stay here in Clearwater Beach!
