Welcome to Villa Paradiso! Our luxury Clearwater Beach condo is truly the epitome of relaxing in style. Villa Paradiso is newly renovated as of July 2016 and is upscale, luxe beach living yet at the same time, calm, warm and inviting. As you walk in an see unobstructed water views of the intercoastal, it's virtually impossible not to feel immediately relaxed. Spend time on our balcony and watch the manatees and dolphins play, while you enjoy a cocktail. Fish off of our dock. Walk across the street to the ocean!!! Villa Paradiso is DIRECTLY ON THE WATER, WITH UNOBSTRUCTED 180 DEGREES OF WATER VIEWS. We are on the bay side of clearwater beach and directly across the street from the ocean.

Whether you're looking to relax on the beach, enjoy night life, or be right next to wonderful restaurants; Villa Paradiso, our primly located beach condo offers it all. We are located across the street from Shepard's which is Clearwater Beach's premier destination for fine dining and night life. Be sure to enjoy their Sunday brunch. We are right across the street from water sports rentals, where you can paddle board, jetski, parasail and more. We are also right across the street from bike rentals, golf cart rentals that allow you to cruise the beach in style!. The Famous Frenchy's restaurant is 2 blocks away, along with many famous beachside and ocean front restaurants that are even closer. Walk to play mini golf 1 block away. There is a small grocery store conveniently located 2 blocks away.

Villa Paradiso can fit up to 6 guests comfortably, in our 3 bed/ 2 bath corner unit. There is elevator access to get to Villa Paradiso. The well kept complex offers a pool and jacuzzi. There is one car covered parking.

Our family purchase this upgraded unit and have taken a great deal of pride in making it a luxe experience for all our guests. This unit was never previously rented by the former owners who lived there for about 10 years, so it is pristine and in beautiful condition. We've taken the time to make sure all anticipated needs are met with the provided amenities. We hope you have a truly wonderful experience in our unit

What makes this property unique

This unit is primly located on clearwater beach, but the complex itself is quiet and well taken care of. The water views are spectacular. You can literally wake up to see dolphins playing, and enjoy your cup of coffee on the balcony and view unobstructed water views. It truly is glorious.
