Why they chose this property

This corner fenced in lot is conveniently located to quick access to a lot of Memphis hot spots. It is 3 minutes away from The Links at Pine Hill Golf course, 5 minutes from Graceland, 7 minutes from downtown Beale Street. It's centrally located to downtown and other construction worksites. Short-term construction workers insurance companies stays are welcome.

What makes this property unique

This is a fully furnished, comfortable and conveniently located home with private parking, bar b que, grill and quick access to the express way that will lead you to most places in Memphis in less than 20 minutes and in the tri-state areas of TN,
AR, and MS. This home is also close the the bridge over to West Memphis Arkansas the Southland Casino as well as MS. Guest can stay in for comfort or be down town in six minutes to Beale St or several roof top events.
