Come escape to our luxury Mountain Home where you can enjoy year around! Our 3100 sq ft home offers 4 bdr & 3.5 bth, sleeps 9. This home is 5 min from the slopes & Wintergreen resort. 9 miles from Rt 151 with all the food, wineries, & breweries. Our home sits at 3300 ft in elevation. You will love the gas fireplace, enjoy stellar views of the Mountain from our large deck, dine on the screened in porch, or stay cozy in our sunroom. Everything has been updated. We only provide the highest quality furnishings, from bedding to decor. Our driveway is completely flat and paved, for easy access and ample parking. We are approximately 1 hour away from James Madison University, Liberty University, and UVA, great for graduations! Wintergreen also has a lovely venue for Weddings and our home would be the place for family to stay. We have views of panoramic landscapes within walking distance of our home. Our home is situated in a wonderful quiet area of Wintergreen. This Mountain home is your home away from Home! My family had the nicest visit in this rental house. We had 2 families plus Grandma and there was plenty of room to be together and privacy when apart. The long open floorplan allowed us to enjoy separate activities at times without being completely separated. This allowed for a relaxing flow among the members of the extended family. The views were lovely from all three floors. It was very convenient to ski, tube, walk to a scenic viewpoint and even hike to a waterfall. We mostly cooked but enjoyed a couple meals at the resort. Everything was beautiful and well maintained. We're looking forward to another great stay!

Spacious and well stocked

We thoroughly enjoyed our girls trip! The rooms and the house overall was cozy and the kitchen was well stocked with appliances and dishes for cooking. The neighborhood was a great place to take a walk and the proximity to Wintergreen was fantastic.

Wonderful home away from home

We had such a wonderful stay. This home is beautiful and so comfortable! We had plenty of space for everyone. Some people put together puzzles at the table, while others watched a movie in the living room, and others did remote work in the sunroom. We were so close to everything and it was a perfect getaway! Be sure to check out the sunset and stars from the overlook at the end of the street!

Vacation at 45 Ravens Roost

Our home was beautiful. Had most every comfort feature you could want. My only issue was the main floor (sunroom, kitchen, dining living room) did not have a bathroom nor bedroom. My husband is 81 & has Parkinson's. Going up and down stairs is not good. We did watch the UTube video prior to booking, but it was somewhat deceiving. Other than this, we had a wonderful vacation! I would recommend this home for a younger group.

Our property is so close to skiing, tubing, hiking, and all the wineries are within a 20 minute drive on route 151. Our home is just a short walk away from the most beautiful overlook where you can see for miles and beautiful sunsets. It is a very quiet neighborhood.
