This property was a joy to stay in. The beds are very comfortable and the location is excellent. We had a minor issue with the toilet but nothing major and the owners were super responsive.

Our only issue with checking in was that the passcode for entering the garage and the building/condo was not sent to us. When we arrived a little after 4 PM on check in day we had to call and request this info be sent. Information was sent to us immediately after the call.The condo was as advertised and once in we enjoyed our stay. Very convenient to town.

Had to call the host to get access to the property. Back bedroom TV remote was damaged. Lights worked when they wanted, no robes as there were in the front bedroom. vents were all dusty, lighting was dim.Outside patio door would not stay closed unless deadbolt was used.Back bedroom access door to patio would not open.Lights burned out on patio. Electric BBQ required a good clean before using it.POOL was not as advertised, kinda beat up and had to access it thru basement garage.

Enjoyable

The accommodations were perfect. The location was a great spot and close enough to Banff. It was very clean, and had everything you would need. The communication with the hosts couldn’t have been better. We would for sure stay here again on our next visit.

Lovely stay

Not quite as close to downtown as I hoped but certainly walkable for most. A/C really struggled to keep up, but very clean and well kept place. Kitchen lacked storage but I’d stay here again!

Perfect for our needs

The apartment was perfect for our needs. We were five adults and had more than enough space in the two bedrooms, two bathrooms, spacious living space and big balcony. The apartment was well appointed with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable weekend. The complex was well maintained and quiet. I would highly recommend this unit.
