A 7 bedroom villa and if necessary a 2 bedroom townhouse available. On a top location at the famous Playa Coson.

PRICING: Price that you see is for 12 guests. Every person extra above 12 will be charged 92 usd extra per person per day. If you want the townhouse it will cost 400 usd per day extra. The Townhouse is for 4 guests (2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom)

A professional team with a personal chef, maids, caretaker, and personal driver included. And electricity as well included.

The main villa has 7 bedrooms for 18 guests. The townhouse 2 bedrooms for 4 guests, so total 22 guests can sleep.

This place is paradise. Roomy, comfortable, immaculate, with the best beach and surf. The staff is wonderful, and easy to work with, and chef Cristina's meals can't be beat. Las Terrenas does not offer much in the way of resort beach amenities, but if what you seek is an ocean beach, and swimming and relaxing in a gorgeous tropical setting, this is a great place.

Just what you need!

Just an AMAZING place all around!!! This house have everything, and the chef Cristina is great, and the staff too. If you come hear, take the 4 wheeler tour. Will definitely come back!

Very nice

It was a perfect spot for our daughter’s wedding & reception. Beautiful place for a large gathering. Only downside is that we were there the week of a hurricane going through. So the power kept going out, so that meant no A/C to get ready for the wedding. But we all survived.

Amazing highly recommended

We rented this villa for our family vacation, and it was amazing! From the breathtaking view to the amazing staff, everything was perfect. Maria made sure we were all well taken care of, Christina prepared delicious food for us, Fernando drove us around and took care of our needs, and the security team ensured we were protected at all times, even though we never felt at risk. The location is perfect, with the river and the beach coming together. The restaurant next to the river served amazing piña coladas and lobster ceviche. Overall, it was an amazing experience, and we would highly recommend it!"

Simply wonderful

Let me start with the staff.. Christina the chef was fantastic. Her meals were beyond delicious. Fernando the driver was pleasant and ready to take us anywhere. Julie keeps the house spotless while you stay there. The staff are great at what they do but also just lovely people. The house is amazing. The AC in the rooms is ice cold! The hot water is hot not luke warm. The view is superb. The area is safe. Town is 25 minute drive so you know. Nothing is walking distance. The beach pristine and quiet. The house manager Eduardo responds extremely fast and helps with everything. This home is worth visiting again and i will. Great stay. One of my best. And i rent villas in the carribean a few times a year. 10 stars!!!

Restful paradise

Casa del Rio is phenomenal. The pictures do not do it justice. The common spaces are comfortable, and each bedroom has a full bathroom, and the bedrooms are, moreover, away from each other, so a big group (we were 11) can have privacy. The grounds are beautiful and immaculately maintained, the pool likewise, and the view is incredible. Add to that a lovely breeze and beach, and it's paradise. But the best part of our stay was the staff, who took care of us and fed us the best Caribbean food ever. They made our vacation perfect and perfectly restful. The property is next to a public beach, separated by the river (really a creek), which people come to swim and bathe in. Also, at times they played a lot of music. We were fine with that, but some people might not be. Most of the time, however, the beach was empty, and the waves were great for our kids. The beach was clean, the seawater warm, the river was clear, cooler, and refreshing. Phenomenal property.

The photos did not do it justice! We were impressed by the attention to detail and the effort the host, Tony put into making the property feel like home.We loved the fully equipped kitchen, which had everything we needed to prepare delicious meals. The beds were comfortable, and the linens were fresh and clean. The property also had a lovely outdoor space with a BBQ area, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful views like the beach and river which we all enjoy.Tony was an exceptional host! Communication was seamless, and they responded promptly to all our queries. They provided us with a comprehensive guide to the property and the local area, which was incredibly helpful.We highly recommend Casa del Rio to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and well-appointed property in Las Terrenas Tony is a fantastic host who genuinely cares about their guests' experience.I also want to thank Cristina the chef and her team for cooking those great meals for us we will definitely be back next year.

We had an amazing time!

Soon after booking I Tony reached out with Eduardo and asked if we had any questions. They answered all of the questions I had leading up to the trip and stayed in contact during the trip to help with communication between my group and the staff. Unfortunately our Spanish was not very good, but Eduardo spoke perfect English, so with his help and google translate we were able to communicate effectively. Our Chefs name was Christina, she was so kind and her food was amazing. She was very patient with my broken Spanish and you could tell that she wanted to make our stay great. We let her pick the meals and let me tell you, that was probably the best decision we could have made. Everything was so fresh and tasted excellent. Her and they sou chef did such a great job, we could not have asked for better cooking staff. Fernando, our driver was outstanding. He was so gracious to our families needs. He was often working around the property and would check in each day to see if we wanted to go anywhere.After the first couple trips to town and getting to know him you could tell that he really enjoyed taking care of my family. I would ask about going to get groceries, surfing, sight seeing, etc. and he always knew where to go. He knew which people would treat us well and who to avoid. That made us so much more comfortable on our trip. I can not say enough nice things about the staff.The house and location were beautiful, and the staff were the best ever!
