We were so impressed with this property. It waslarger than we expected and a great beach vibe. It was clean and well stocked with everything you need and more.I was impressed by the quality of the bedding and towels! It even had beach equipment and beach towels It was close to everything in a nice neighborhood. There was a problem but it was handled immediately. Awesome communication. We will stay here again!

A cute, clean place

We enjoyed our stay here. There was ample room (3 bedrooms), everything was well appointed and stylish, and the off street parking and pet friendliness were great amenities. The host was communicative when necessary and respectful.

Taya’s home was a wonderful place to stay for the week we were in Pensacola. It is within walking distance of downtown and also close to a Publix grocery store which was handy.Taya was always available for any questions and responded in a very timely manner. The home is stocked with just about anything needed for the stay.We would definitely stay here again when in the Pensacola area.

Good location for events at the Bay Center

Very clean property, comfy, and a good location for downtown events. Owner provided bottled water and coffee pods, such a nice, hospitable touch. Communication was easy.

The house was clean. Everything looked as pictured. The property manager, Don, was excellent. I would recommend this property as a place to stay. I will be back.

We came into town to celebrate our 15th wedding anniversary. The guy who manages the property Don was super accommodating. After booking he reached out immediately and asked if we were in town for a special occasion. I let him know and he asked what he could do for our stay. I asked if he would get some balloons. When we arrived he had decorated the place and had us some non alcoholic wine on ice with glasses. My wife was so happy! Place is very clean! Has everything you need. Thank you again Don!!!

Was a good stay, has questionable neighbors that could sometimes be loud, and the beds are very hard and squeak at the slightest movement. Purchased a mattress topper to make it softer, and found out it already had one on it, it was just still that hard. Other than that it was a great experience, house was fully functional and stocked with everyday items.

I love hosting guests from out of town. I grew up around the world and have traveled and stayed in many hotels, and short term rentals. I take a lot of pride in providing any and all the amenities that one could need while on vacation. My team strive for those 5 star reviews. We want the guests to be comfortable and enjoying making wonderful memories while on vacation.

Why they chose this property

I love the location of the property. If you like to be close to the downtown action and live music, art galleries, parades, festivals, ball games, restaurants, bars, Sanger Theater, and so much more, then this is the place for you. The block is a small block and my immediate neighbors and keep an eye on the property and I do feel safe. There is one neighbor, a few times a year has a lot of family traffic and barbeques but over all everyone on the block, looks out after the property and can be very hospital

What makes this property unique

The cleanliness should be impeccable and if you want to have 5 coffees a day per person you will not be provided 1 coffee pod! There is a lovely laundry room with soap provided and I also like to have plenty of pillows and blankets and beach towels, chairs, coolers etc for guests. The bests are high quality and I most love the firm beds. One guest (out of hundreds) said the beds were too hard! The house gives off a FL Beach Vibe.
