This luxury custom-built home offers bay and beach views from 2nd and 3rd floor balconies, a private pool, a hot tub, and spacious accommodations for 20 guests. The Pearl House at South Padre Island is just steps away from the beach and SPI’s entertainment district. It is also facing the Boca Beach area so you can see Space X launches from the balconies!
It has a jetted jacuzzi, a backyard grill, a lounge heated pool, and great view to all this from the relaxing air conditioned Great Room with 86 inch TV and a kitchenette area!
The Pearl House also has an office area on the 2nd floor next to one of the master bedrooms which could be used as an office or a bedroom. The living room and open kitchen/dining area provide ample space for entertainment, relaxation, or just watching TV while you enjoy the balcony views.
It is a 3 minute walk to the beach, and across the street from the carnival area, park and entertainment center of South Padre Island!

My husband Greg and I enjoy hosting and sharing this beautiful and relaxing location with our guests. As busy entrepreneurs, we realize that part of working hard is taking that much needed break with your family and friends - Enjoy the Pearl House!

This is a perfect neighborhood for relaxation. It has everything that families need for spending time with the family, shopping, entertainment, and many restaurants to choose from along the beach. The Pearl House is a short walk from the Meatball Cafe, a quaint Italian restaurant just down the street.
What makes this property unique
This is a perfect location that is just a 3 minute walk to the beach, and it is a short walk to South Padre Island's entertainment district. It has a lovely park by the bay across the street, and many restaurants and bars in proximity to the home.
We added 2 balconies at the front of the home so you can enjoy the views of the island on the bay side, the ocean side, and you can even see Space X rocket launches when those are happening!
