We share guests concerns about the need for stringent cleaning standards . We observe the professional standards we have always followed to ensure fresh, clean and safe environments in our great vacation homes.

My office uses only commercial grade laundry equipment, detergents and chemicals at temperatures in excess of 160 degrees. We do not wash towels and linens in home laundry machines.

After guests depart, our vacation homes are thoroughly cleaned using EPA approved chemicals such as chlorine based cleaners for bathrooms and peroxide based cleaners for kitchens and floors.

After cleaning, and prior to the arrival of the next guests, each vacation is touched-up by our amazing Inspection Staff, and re-sanitized.

This is a great house for family and friends. You have your own private pool and jacuzzi. A large backyard for family gatherings. You are just a few steps from the beach. . All beaches are ready for you to enjoy.

WE are finding, guests who had plans to travel to theme parks, other large resort communities, or out of the country, are seeing South Padre Island as a safer alternative. Restaurants, bars and grocery stores are aplenty on the Island.

Located in a premier area. This spacious 2500 sq. ft. beach home offers a private oasis with a dazzling pool, bubbling hot tub, outdoor shower, barbecue grill, patio with outdoor fans and lights within a private tropically landscaped back yard.

Plenty of spacious decks and patio take full advantage of South Padre Island's mild winters and sizzling summers. Our colorful beach house offers a 47'" and 32" flat screen TV for a total of 5. (Free Cable and WiFi). Some TV's are Smart and also have ROKU.

It is decorated and furnished to make sure it is the perfect South Padre Island beach home for you and your family. It is a perfect place for a great island vacation. Gardenia Villa reflects the personality and atmosphere of a tropical island.

Our beach house offers a completely contained upstairs as well as a completely contained downstairs. You have a kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms on each floor. This conveniently provides for privacy when necessary.

I am also very close to many local restaurant favorites. There is easy access to many locations because the Wave, a local free transportation, is provided by the city. Near by, you can dine in style at the beachfront Palm’s Café, which offers mouth-watering grilled shrimp tacos and ambrosia desserts. Also, a block away is the family friendly casual eatery the Padre Island Brewing Co. with great service, home brewed beer, and some of the best cerviche on the Island. You can grab a quick brew and some great food. Tom & Jerry’s and Wanna Wanna’s beach bar, both famous for their sizzling burgers, are close by. Blackbeard’s, one of the first restaurants on the Island is a favorite. And, let's not forget Dirty Al's - best skewered shrimp ever and be sure to have the jalapeno/crab stuffed pepper.

Just up the road are many local attractions too. Further north you can attend daily events at the South Padre Island Convention Center or bring your binoculars and see what birds you can spot at the South Padre Island Birding and Nature Center. With over 300 migratory birds coming through the Rio Grande Valley, the birding center is one of the best places in the world to see and hear the sounds of amazing wildlife. The birding center has over 3300 feet of boardwalk to enjoy nature and even experience the collage of colors at sunset. Other features of the Birding Center include 5 bird blinds, an auditorium with a video about wildlife on South Padre Island, and five-story Birding Center tower with spectacular views of everything from the Laguna Madre to the Gulf of Mexico.

We also have the Turtle Rescue Center, horseback riding, kayaking, and even kite boarding nearby. Kite boarding is one of the fastest growing and most popular activities on South Padre Island. You can become an expert on the waves with the help of kite boarding schools like Air Padre Kiteboarding and SPI Kiteboarding. Don’t forget to enjoy a breathtaking Dolphin Boat ride with the crews at Sea Ranch Marina. You can get up close and personal to the playful dolphins in the splash of the Laguna Madre.
