Clean and spacious, good location in Silver Spring. There is a step down as you enter the house but otherwise easily accessible, parking in shared parking area out front was easy. For us, this location is near relatives and very convenient when we visit, so we may see you again!

Great Location

House is walking distance to Metro and downtown Silver Spring. Has all short term needs and cooking utensils. Definitely recommend.

Amazing experience. The host was extremely accessible and accommodating. The place was clean and organized. I travel to Maryland every 3 months so i will be looking to book again.

Great location, super clean and parking? And towels

Stayed for a weekend, the guys had a sport event and the girls took the Metro into DC. The Metro was so close, easy to navigate and inexpensive! A lot of great restaurants closeby in Silver springs. The owner's communication was fantastic. We arri ed late on Friday. The lights were left on and easy access with a code. Beds were very comfortable with fresh linnenssThank you for a wonderful experience.

Nice place near downtown Silver Spring

We used the house for visiting family to stay nearby us at graduation. The house has what seem to be new furnishings and is well maintained. We didn't use the kitchen besides making coffee in the Keurig but it was spacious and decently stocked. Big outdoor gazebo space at the entrance was a nice addition. Host was responsive to address a couple of minor issues. Nice little corner store across the street for coffee creamer and snacks and it was a couple of blocks from Whole Foods and Safeway. There is ongoing construction for the new Purple Line metro line at the corner where the house is located, so there was some construction noise (jackhammers and beeping of trucks backing up, etc.) Overall a nice stay and would recommend.

It Could be better and Incorrect Info.

Let me start by saying it was listed as the entire hoiuse, that is false. This was a house that was split into most of the house but the corner of the house was seperated by thin walls to make an apartment. Not only did it have a seperate apartment but there was a family with children living in it, not entirely sure if it was the owner but I believe it was. We did not have a bad stay but expected more for over $200 a night. It was obviously a new remodel and everything looked new including funiture and appliances. It was not cleaned well, dust and debri in corners, hairs in bathtub, popcorn kernels in couch, spills in the fridge. The owner was late with the checkin information by about 2 hrs but once he was made aware of how to turn his Vrbo message alerts he was responsive to everything within 30mins for the entire stay. Also no warning of the water heater being turned to its lowest setting. They did provide nice touches like a free case of water, tea, and coffee both brewed and kcup and both types of coffee makers, The linens were clean and they provided plenty of towels. I would not stay there again and that is only due to the family living on site.

Dear Thomas, Thank you for the review. However, your review is not an accurate representation of our house. 1st- the House was remodeled professionally and the "Tiny Wall" you refred is an additional sound barrier professionally installed. The other unit is also being actively rented and there were no Children. Regarding the water heater, you wanted the water temprate from warm to Hot and we gave you instruction. Regarding the late checkin information, I apologized for the miscommnication and your were able to checkin on time. over all, your review was not a fair and correct representation of our house.
