Location was perfect for our visit. Place was very clean and spacious. In unit laundry a big plus! We appreciated the private drive and yard space as well. Will definitely check availability for future trips to visit son as this place is much better than a hotel.

This pleasant, clean, nicely-updated cottage provided us with quiet and peaceful lodging during our recent visit with family who live nearby. The comfortable beds and quality bath towels were especially appreciated, and the well-stocked kitchen was a plus. The host takes meticuous care of this home and quickly replied when we had a question. We frequently stay in vacation rentals, and this one is an easy 5-stars!

Quick Vacation

The property was very clean and comfortable. Perfect for two people or couple with small child. Unfortunately we were unable to use the outdoor amenities as the weather did not cooperate. The neighborhood felt very safe and for the most part well kept. Also the neighborhood was very quiet.

Needed to find a quick place to stay for a few days. This was cute and clean place. Close to a lot of stuff. The house has I think everything you need. I loved it. It was a great stay.

Easy check in, cute, clean, pictures accurately depict home. Private gravel drive, central location for commuting to National Jewish Health Hospital and area attractions. Washer/dryer and laundry supplies provided, along with shampoo, body wash, etc for showering. Did note limited cooking supplies and dishes in the kitchen, recommend a 9x13 baking dish. Also recommend providing a list for check out procedures through VRBO or checklist placed in the home. Lovely, private backyard area with firepit. Overall, great place for my daughter and I to stay for 10 days. We would not hesitate to stay again!

Great rental that beats a hotel by a LONG shot!

When our daughter has procedures at the Children's Hospital, we usually stay at the hotel across the street. This was SO much better. The property owner has thought of everything and the home was very clean. There is a BBQ grill, a firepit (with wood ready), shampoo and conditioner, laundry soap, coffee, and more! The beds were comfortable and they even have a variety of books to explore throughout the home. We highly recommend this property and it was so close to the hospital. We will definitely opt to stay here in the future!

Cute and comfortable

We enjoyed our stay. I was in Denver to have surgery and the house was just 10 minutes from the hospital and convenient. Our only complaint was the kitchen wasn’t well stocked and needed a few things to allow making meals easier. No baking sheets, no strainer/colander, no bowls with lids to store leftovers in, etc.. Maybe it was stocked well for a tourist that would be eating out a lot but not so someone staying to recover from surgery. Otherwise, great place to stay! Very cozy and comfortable!
