This gorgeous residence has recently been remodeled and is in pristine condition, located in a small, well-managed building with an elevator. The queen bedroom is spacious, and there is a fully stocked kitchen with high-end appliances, updated bathroom, and in-unit laundry. All furnishings are brand new, recently purchased in Oct 2023.

The apt is a 2-bedroom, but only advertised in the listing as a 1-bedroom apt as one bedroom will be off-limits for guest use. There are also two cleaners closets which are locked off and not for guest use. Otherwise, the whole apt is available to guests.
